Յուղոտ մաշկն ամենաշատ խնդիրներ ունեցող մաշկի տեսակն է։ Ավելորդ յուղը հաճախ դառնում է բորբոքվածության և կորյակների առաջացման պատճառ։ Շատ դեպքերում մաշկը դառնում է հենց այսպիսին սխալ սնվելու, հորմոնալ փոփոխությունների կամ էլ անբարենպաստ եղանակային պայմանների հետևանքով։ Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում յուղոտ մաշկի դեմ պայքարի մի քանի փորձված տարբերակ։

Այս դիմակները կամ տոնիկները կիրառելուց առաջ հարկավոր է ամբողջությամբ հեռացնել ցանկացած տեսակի կոսմետիկ միջոցները։

Ցորենի թեփով և խմորիչով սկրաբ

Բաղադրատոմս

  • Ցորենի թեփ (լավ մանրացված)՝ 1 թեյի գդալ
  • Կիտրոնի հյութ՝ 1 թեյի գդալ
  • Սոդա՝ 1 ճաշի գդալ
  • Չոր խմորիչ՝ ¼ թեյի գդալ

Օգտագործման եղանակը

Իրար խառնեք բոլոր բաղադրիչները և քսեք դեմքին թեթև մերսող շարժումներով։ Սպասեք 2 րոպե և հեռացրեք գոլ ջրով։

Դիմակ խնձորի քացախով

Բաղադրատոմս

  • Խնձորի քացախ՝ 1 թեյի գդալ
  • Ջուր՝ 3 թեյի գդալ

Օգտագործման եղանակը

Բաղադրիչները խառնեք իրար, բամբակի օգնությամբ քսեք երեսին և 5 րոպե անց լվացեք գոլ ջրով։ Կամ էլ կարող եք 1 թեյի գդալ քացախը խառնել կես բաժակ գոլ ջրի հետ։ Ստացված լուծույթով թրջեք բարակ սրբիչը  և դրեք երեսին։ Սպասեք 10 րոպե, այնուհետև լվացեք մաշկը սկզբից տաք, իսկ հետո էլ սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրով։

Ձվի սպիտակուցով տոնիկ

Բաղադրատոմս

  • 1 ձվի սպիտակուց
  • Մեղր՝ 1 թեյի գդալ
  • Կիտրոնի հյութ՝ 1 թեյի գդալ

Օգտագործման եղանակը

Ձվի սպիտակուցը հարկավոր է հարել, մինչև խիտ փրփուր առաջանա։ Այնուհետև ավելացնել մեղրը, կիտրոնի հյութը և շարունակել հարել։ Քսեք ստացված տոնիկը դեմքի և պարանոցի մաշկին։ 10 րոպե անց լվացեք սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրով։

Վարսակաձավարի ալյուրով և թուրինջով սկրաբ

Հարկավոր է վարսակաձավարի ալյուրից և թուրինջի հյութից ստանալ մածուկ հիշեցնող զանգված, քսել այն դեմքին, սպասել չորանալուն և լվանալ գոլ ջրով։

Կիտրոնի հյութով տոնիկ

1։1 հարաբերությամբ կիտրոնի հյութը և ջուրը խառնել իրար, քսել դեմքին և սպասել, մինչև չորանա։ Հետո հեռացնել գոլ ջրով։

Նուշով և մեղրով դիմակ

Մեղրով և լավ մանրացված նուշով պատրաստեք քսուկ և մերսող շարժումներով տարածեք դեմքի մաշկին։ 5 րոպե անց լվացեք գոլ ջրով։

Տոնիկ վարունգով

Հյութահանով անցկացրեք 1 վարունգ և խառնեք ստացված հեղուկը ½ կիտրոնի հյութի հետ։ Ստացված զանգվածը քսել պարանոցի և դեմքի մաշկին, սպասել 1 ժամ, այնուհետև լվանալ սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրով։

Կարտոֆիլով տոնիկ

Կարտոֆիլը կտրատել բարակ շերտերով և դրանք դնել դեմքի մաշկին։ Մի փոքր տրորեք և հեռացրեք կարտոֆիլը։ Սպասեք, մինչև մաշկի վրա մնացած կատրոֆիլի հյութն ամբողջությամբ չորանա և լվացեք գոլ ջրով։

Լոլիկով դիմակ

Մեկ լոլիկից բլենդերի օգնությամբ ստացեք խյուս և խառնեք այն ⅓ կիտրոնի հյութի հետ։ Քսեք դեմքին և 10 րոպեից լվացեք գոլ ջրով։
