Աշխարհում և Հայաստանում անվտանգ համացանցի հարցը բոլորի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է: Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում փետրվարի 8-ին նշեց «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ փոխնախագահ Գրիգորի Սաղյանը:
«Անվտանգ ինտերնետի վերաբերյալ շատ կարելի է խոսել: Արդեն մի քանի տարի Հայաստանում գործում է safe.amկազմակերպությունը, որը զբաղվում է անվտանգ ինտերնետի գաղափարը տարածելով` հիմնականում դպրոցների միջոցով: Ուսուցիչները ծանոթանում են անվտանգության հիմքերին: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք` մինչ որ տարիքն է անհրաժեշտ իրականացնել սահմանափակում համացանցում և որ տարիքից հետո կարիք չկա իրականացնել»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` նշեց Գրիգորի Սաղյանը:
«Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ փոխնախագահի խոսքով` Հայաստանը կնքել է կիբերհանցագործության դեմ բուդապեշտյան կոնվենցիան, որը թույլ է տալիս ոստիկանական ծառայության հատուկ բաժնին անմիջապես կապ հաստատել այլ երկրների համապատասխան մարմինների հետ և օպերատիվ կերպով կանխել համակարգչային հանցագործությունները:
Հանդիպմանը ներկա Հայաստանի պետական ճարտարագիտական համալսարանի պրոֆեսոր, տեխնիկական գիտությունների դոկտոր, «ԻՍՄԱ» ՍՊԸ տնօրեն Էդուարդ Մանուկյանն էլ կարևորեց ոչ միայն անվտանգության հարցերը, այլև էլեկտրոնային հայատառ բառարանների ստեղծումը:
«Լեզուն պահելու միջոցներից են բառարանները: Այսօրվա պայմաններում պետք է ստեղծել էլեկտրոնային բառարաններ: Դրանք նաև ազգապահպանության հարցում են շատ կարևոր, այն դեպքում, երբ սփյուռքում ունենք բազմաթիվ հայրենակիցներ: Արդեն դրանով զբաղվողներ կան, բայց մենք հետ ենք մնում: Պետությունը պետք է այս խնդիրն ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահի»,- նշեց նա:
Փետրվարի 7-ը համացանցում հայատառ գրելու օրն է: Հայատառ գրելու օրը համացանցում նշվում է 2012 թվականից: Փետրվարի 8-ն Անվտանգ համացանցի համաշխարհային օրն է: Անվտանգ համացանցի միջազգային օրը նշելու գաղափարը պատկանում է Եվրահանձնաժողովին: Անվտանգ համացանցի համաշխարհային օրվա գլխավոր համակարգողը Insafe (European Safer Internet Network) հասարակական կազմակերպությունն է:
