Իրանի գերագույն առաջնորդ այաթոլլա Սեյեդ Ալի Խամենեին ընդգծել է ազգային միասնության պահպանման և երկրի պաշտոնյաներին աջակցելու անհրաժեշտությունը՝ նախազգուշացնելով, որ «թշնամին 12-օրյա պատերազմում պարտվելուց հետո ձգտում է պառակտում սերմանել», հաղորդում է Mehr-ը։

Կիրակի օրը Թեհրանում՝ իմամ Ռեզայի նահատակության տարելիցին նվիրված սգո արարողության ժամանակ, Իրանի առաջնորդը հասարակության տարբեր շերտերից հազարավոր մարդկանց ասել է, որ «ժողովրդի, պաշտոնյաների և Զինված ուժերի միջև անսասան համերաշխության վահանը չպետք է խաթարվի»։

Այաթոլլա Խամենեին հայտարարել է, որ Իրանի ժողովուրդը վճռականորեն դեմ է ԱՄՆ-ի՝ ենթարկվելու վիրավորական պահանջին և շարունակելու է վճռական դիմադրությունը։

Նա նշել է, որ թշնամիները, ռազմական պարտություններ կրելով, հասկացել են, որ Իրանին հնարավոր չէ ենթարկեցնել պատերազմի միջոցով, և այժմ նպատակ ունեն թուլացնել երկիրը՝ պառակտում և տարաձայնություններ ստեղծելով։

Խամենեին ընդգծել է, որ բոլոր իրանցիները, այդ թվում՝ մտավորականներն ու մեդիայի ներկայացուցիչները, պետք է պահպանեն պատերազմից հետո ձևավորված միասնությունը և աջակցեն վարչակազմին, մասնավորապես՝ «աշխատասեր և անխոնջ նախագահ» Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանին։
