Թուրքմենստանի միջոցներով օկուպացված Արցախի Վարանդա քաղաքում (Ֆիզուլի) մզկիթ կկառուցվի։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ Թուրքմենստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ուզբեկստանի միջև բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումից հետո մամուլի համար արված հայտարարության մեջ։
«Ֆիզուլիում գտնվելու ընթացքում Գուրբանգուլի Մյալիկգուլիևիչը (Գուրբանգուլի Բերդիմուհամեդով-Թուրքմենստանի նախկին նախագահ) առաջարկեց այս քաղաքում մզկիթ կառուցել որպես Թուրքմենստանի նվեր։ Եվ ես երախտագիտությամբ ընդունեցի այս առաջարկը։ Չնայած ընդամենը մեկ ամիս է անցել, մզկիթի ճարտարապետական էսքիզն արդեն պատրաստ է, և դրա հիմքը կդրվի մոտ ապագայում», -ասել է Ալիևը:
