Փաշինյանը չի գնա արտահերթի՝ խմբակցության պահանջով

Կառավարության նիստից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանկարծակի ասուլիսը վկայեց, որ գործող իշխանությունները տենդագին պատրաստվում են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին, ընդ որում՝ քննարկում անգամ արտահերթ ընտրությունների հարցը։

Մասնավորապես, Փաշինյանի նաև արտահերթ ընտրությունների հնարավորության մասին էին հարցրել։ «Արտահերթ ընտրությունների հետ կապված այդպիսի տեսակետներ, նույնիսկ կոչեր, նույնիսկ կարծիքներ կան, բայց այդ կարծիքների հիմնավորվածությունը դեռ պետք է ստուգել», - ասել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

Արդեն ուշ երեկոյան «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» նախաձեռնող խմբի նիստ էր գումարել, որտեղ քննարկել էին ներքաղաքական իրավիճակը օգոստոսի 8-ից հետո։Կուսակցության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն, նաև քննարկվել են իրենց անելիքները 2026 թվականի հունիսին կայանալիք հերթական խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։

«Քաղպայմանագրի» փոխնախագահ, էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը հայտնել է, թե արտահերթ ընտրություններ չեն լինելու։ «Մենք եկանք եզրահանգման, որ ժողովուրդը մեզ հինգ տարով է մանդատ տվել, հետևաբար, արտահերթի գնալու անհրաժեշտություն չկա», - հայտարարել է Գևորգ Պապոյանը։ Փաստացի, Փաշինյանը ստիպված է եղել համաձայնվել կուսակիցների պահանջներին և արտահերթ ընտրությունների չգնալ։

«Քաղպայմանագիրն» ամենևին էլ հանրությանը ծառայելու բուռն ցանկությամբ չէ տոգորված։ Բանն այն է, որպեսզի նախկին պատգամավորները պատգամավորական բարձր թոշակ ստանան, պետք է առնվազն մեկ ամբողջ գումարման պատգամավոր լինեն։

«Քաղպայմանագրում» նախորդ գումարումը կիսատ մնաց՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների պատճառով։ Այժմ էլ, եթե Փաշինյանը գնա արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների, ապա ամբողջ խմբակցությանը զրկելու է հետո ողջ կյանքում բարձր պատգամավորական թոշակ ստանալու հնարավորությունից։ Ուստի և ողջ կազմով խմբակցությունը պահանջել է արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների չգնալ և թույլ տալ, որ իրենք այս գումարման ողջ ընթացքը պաշտոնավարեն որպես պատգամավորներ։

Իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հրաշալի հասկանում է, որ դա քաղաքական լուրջ վտանգներ է պարունակում իր համար։ Մասնավորապես՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների փորձում էր գնալ, որպեսզի խափաներ գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի կողմից ստեղծվող նոր ուժի մասնակցությունը, բայց և չի կարող դեմ գնալ սեփական կուսակիցների պահանջներին, որոնց համար ոչ թե Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն է կարևոր, այլ առաջին հերթին՝ սեփական բարեկեցությունը։
