В Краснодаре реставрируют здание армянского церковного попечительства

В Краснодаре началась реставрация одного из старейших школьных зданий города, которое было возведено в 1913 году на средства армянской общины Екатеринодара. Изначально оно служило Армянским церковно-приходским попечительством и стало важной частью культурного и образовательного наследия региона.
Автором проекта выступил известный архитектор Николай Козо-Полянский, чьи работы во многом сформировали архитектурный облик кубанской столицы. Здание выполнено из кирпича с оштукатуренными фасадами, его стиль отражает элементы армянского модерна.
Планировка имеет «Ш»-образную форму, дополненную трехэтажной пристройкой в северной части. Восточный и южный фасады украшены выразительными ризалитами, завершенными треугольными фронтонами с лепным растительным и геометрическим орнаментом.
Объект признан памятником культурного наследия. Капитальный ремонт, финансируемый из городского бюджета, рассчитан на два учебных года. Особое внимание уделяется сохранению исторического облика здания. Как отмечают представители администрации, цель проекта – не просто обновить инфраструктуру, но и сохранить дух прошлого, передав его будущим поколениям.
