Կառավարությունը լրացուցիչ 3,5 մլրդ դրամ է տրամադրել բնակարանների և անհատական բնակելի տների էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման ծրագրին

Պետական աջակցություն բնակարանների և անհատական բնակելի տների էներգաարդյունավետ վերանորոգման աշխատանքների իրականացման բնականոն ընթացքի ապահովման անհրաժեշտությամբ պայմանավորված՝ Կառավարությունն ընդունել է որոշում։ Ըստ այդմ՝ առաջարկվում է միջոցառման ընթացքի ապահովման նպատակով հատկացնել 3.5 մլրդ դրամ գումար:
Ինչպես նշել է ՏԿԵ նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը, ընդհանուր թիվն այս տրամադրմամբ կկազմի արդեն 6,5 մլրդ դրամ: Ծրագրից օգտվում է 30 հազար շահառու: Ընդհանուր՝ բանկերը վարկավորել են 83 մլրդ դրամ ծրագրի իրականացման համար: «Մենք ծրագիրը սկսել ենք 2022 թվականի հունիսի 1-ից, և այս պահի դրությամբ ծրագիրը դադարեցվել է: Վերջին վարկավորումը տեղի է ունեցել 2025 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին՝ ընդհանուր 83 մլրդ դրամ պորտֆելով»,- ասել է նախարարը:
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հիշեցրել է այն պայմանները, որ ծրագիրն ընդունել են.
«Առաջին հարթությունը կապված էր դեպի Հայաստան զբոսաշրջային հոսքերի ավելացման հետ, և մենք այն ժամանակ աշխատանքային անունը դրել էինք բնակարանների ռենովացիայի ծրագիր: Մենք այս ծրագրով ուզում էինք ուղղորդել, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները վարկեր վերցնեն և, հատկապես, մարզերում առանձնատները վերակառուցեն: Երկրորդ ուղղությունն ընդհանրապես էներգաարդյունավետություն ապահովելու համար էր, որովհետև էներգաարդյունավետություն ապահովելը նշանակում է փաստացի եկամուտ ապահովել ընտանիքին: Երրորդ ուղղությունն այն էր, որ երբ այս բնակարանների նորոգման մեծ ծրագիրն իրականացնենք, արտագնա աշխատանքի մեկնող մեր բազմաթիվ հայրենակիցների համար կբացվեն աշխատատեղեր»:
Ամփոփելով ծրագիրը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշել է՝ փաստացի, ստացվում է, որ այս ծրագրերի շրջանակում 30 հազար շահառու վերանորոգել է իր բնակարանը:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բյուջեն՝ մոտավորապես 83 մլրդ դրամ: Դա նշանակում է, որ մենք 2022 թվականից ավելի քան 200 մլն դոլար ներդրում ենք իրականացնել, աջակցել ենք ՀՀ քաղաքացիներին և էներգաարդյունավետություն ենք ապահովել»,- ասել է վարչապետը:
