Խնջույքի ժամանակ ծագած վիճաբանությունն ավարտվել է սպանությամբ

Օգոստոսի 14-ին «Արմենիա» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդել էին, որ գիշերվա ժամը 1.30-ին հրազենային վնասվածքներով բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել 30-ամյա տղամարդ, իսկ նրան բերած տղաները հեռացել են։
Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր, Կոտայքի մարզային և Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունների համատեղ միջոցառումներով տեղեկություններ են ձեռք բերվում, որ օգոստոսի 13-ի գիշերը խնջույքի ժամանակ ծագել է վիճաբանություն, որի ընթացքում Պռոշյան գյուղի բնակիչ 24-ամյա երիտասարդը ծեծի է ենթարկել 56-ամյա մի տղամարդու:
Այս միջադեպից հետո` արդեն օգոստոսի 14-ի գիշերվա ժամը 1-ի սահմաններում, պարզաբանումների նպատակով Երևան-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհի Պռոշյան տանող կամրջի տակ կրկին հանդիպում են վիճող կողմերը` երկուսն էլ մի խումբ անձանց ուղեկցությամբ: Այստեղ էլ հնչում են փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներ, միմյանց հասցվում են հարվածներ, իսկ միջադեպի մասնակիցներից մեկը հրազենից կրակոցներ է արձակում մյուս կողմի մասնակիցների ուղղությամբ, ինչի հետևանքով էլ 30-ամյա տղամարդը հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց:
Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնում սպանության փորձի, առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու, խուլիգանության և ապօրինի զենք կրելու հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվում է քրեական վարույթ։
Քրեական ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության, Համայնքային ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի և Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի ծառայողների ձեռնարկած լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների ու քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվում է, որ ապօրինի պահվող զենքով վնասվածքը պատճառել է 27-ամյա մի երիտասարդ, որի նկատմամբ հսկող դատախազի կողմից հարուցվում է քրեական հետապնդում։
Օգոստոսի 18-ին երիտասարդը ձերբակալվում, ներկայացվում է քննչական բաժին և արդեն հաջորդ օրը` կալանավորվում։
