Կկառուցվի Համահայկական խաղերի մարզական ավան
SPORTՍեղմեք ԱՅՍՏԵՂ, լրացրեք օնլայն հայտը և մոռացեք հոսանքի վարձի մասին
Համահայկական խաղերի պատշաճ կազմակերպման նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ հատկացվել է տարածք՝ հանրային-մշակութային և սպորտային ավանի կառուցման համար, հաղորդում է ԿԳՄՍՆ-ի կայքը:
Համահայկական խաղերի համաշխարհային կոմիտեին կտրամադրվի «Ջրվեժ» անտառպարկի 23.3 հա հողամասը՝ 20 միլիարդ 900 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ արժողությամբ ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման նպատակով։ Ծրագիրն իրականացվելու է պայմանագիրն ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո 13 տարվա ընթացքում:
Համահայկական խաղերի անցկացման ժամանակ (Ձմեռային և Ամառային խաղեր) մարզական ավանը ծառայելու է որպես մարզիկների կեցության վայր: Համահայկական խաղերի համաշխարհային կոմիտեն ապահովելու է սպորտային ավանի պահպանման ծախսերի ֆինանսավորումը: Համալիրն օգտագործվելու է որպես Համահայկական խաղերի անցկացման, իսկ խաղերից դուրս՝ երիտասարդական տարբեր հավաքների, Հայաստան-սփյուռք բազմաբովանդակ միջոցառումների, հանգստի և ժամանցի կազմակերպման ու բազմաբնույթ ծրագրերի անցկացման վայր:
Համահայկական խաղերի համաշխարհային կոմիտեի կողմից առաջին փուլում տեղադրվելու են էկո տնակներ, ճաշարան և բժշկական սպասարկման կենտրոն։ Վերոնշյալ կառույցները չեն ենթադրում հիմնական շինություններ։ Հաջորդ փուլերում նախատեսվում են սպորտային տարբեր հարթակների և մարզասրահների կառուցում։ Յուրաքանչյուր տնակի համար անհրաժեշտ կլինի հարթեցնել 110-120 քմ հողատարածք։ Տնակների հավաքումը նախատեսվում է ոչ անտառածածկ տարածքներում։
Տարածքը հատկացվել է առանց մրցույթի, կառուցապատման իրավունքով՝ 50 տարի ժամկետով: Ներդրումային ծրագրով նախատեսվում է ստեղծել շուրջ 1240 նոր աշխատատեղ, ինչպես նաև տարածքում շուրջ 20 հազար ծառ տնկել։
Որոշման ընդունումը բխում է ՀՀ «Ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի մասին» և «Մանկապատանեկան սպորտի մասին» օրենքների պահանջների կատարումից:
