Այսօր տեղի ունեցած դատական նիստի ժամանակ դատավոր Կարեն Ֆարխոյանը 3 ամսով երկարաձգեց Բագրատ Սրբազանի նախնական կալանքը:
Նշենք, որ փաստաբանները բոյկոտոել են Բագրատ Սրբազանի և նրա 17 կողմնակիցների գործով դատական նիստը:
«Բոլոր փաստաբաններն, ամբողջ պաշտպանական թիմը հիմա գտնվում է այստեղ, առանց որևէ բացակայության, բայց մենք միակամ որոշել ենք, առնվազն այսօր ներկա չգտնվել դատական նիստին: Սրանով արտահայտել մեր բողոքն ընդդեմ դատական իշխանության, նախագահող դատավորի, որովհետև պաշտպանական կողմը կարծում է, որ այօսր չի իրականացվելու արդարադատություն, չկա օրենքի հիման վրա ստեղծված դատարան և դատավոր»,- ասել է պաշտպան Վահան Հովհաննիսյանը։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնել էր, որ շարժման ղեկավարներից ու մասնակիցներից 18 անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 43-308-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ահաբեկչության նախապատրաստություն) և 43-419-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (իշխանությունը յուրացնելու նախապատրաստություն):
