Բռնաճնշումների շղթան․ Սամվել Կարապետյանի և ընդդիմադիրների կալանքը որպես քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները գնալով սաստկացնում են ընդդիմության նկատմամբ հալածանքները։ Դատարաններում ներկայացված գործերում ապացույցների բացակայության պայմաններում շարունակվում են նոր կալանքներ և երկարաձգումներ, իսկ դատական համակարգը վաղուց վերածվել է գործադիրի կցորդի՝ առանց ամոթի դակելով իշխանության միջնորդությունները։
Գործարար և ազգային բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի փաստաբանական խումբը Վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան բողոք է ներկայացրել նրա կալանքի երկարաձգման դեմ՝ այն որակելով ապօրինի։ Թեև դատարանը ստիպված էր ընդունել, որ Կարապետյանին վերագրվող տնտեսական հանցագործությունների մասով հիմնավոր կասկած չկա, այնուամենայնիվ երկարաձգել է կալանքը՝ «իշխանության զավթման կոչերի» մեղադրանքով։ Այդ մեղադրանքի հիմքում Կարապետյանի՝ եկեղեցուն ուղղված մեկ նախադասությունն է․ «Մենք էլ մեր ձևով կաջակցենք եկեղեցուն»։ Հենց այս խոսքի համար նա արդեն ամիսներ շարունակ պահվում է անազատության մեջ՝ իր 60-ամյակը ևս նշելով բանտում։
Կարապետյանը միայնակ չէ։ Կալանքի տակ է պահվում նաև Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանը։ Նույն տրամաբանությամբ կալանավորված են Բագրատ Սրբազանը և նրա աջակիցները, որոնց դեմ հարուցվել է «ահաբեկչություն կազմակերպելու» գործ։ Դատարանը երկարաձգել է նաև Սրբազանի օգնական Լիդիա Մանթաշյանի կալանքը։
ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը շեշտում է․ «Իշխանությունը սեփական հասարակությանն ահաբեկմամբ կառավարելու ճանապարհին կանգ չի առնի որևէ բանի առաջ»։ ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը Կարապետյանին անվանում է «խղճի բանտարկյալ», իսկ «Արդար Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Նորիկ Նորիկյանը համարում է նրան «քաղաքական պատանդ»՝ ընդգծելով, որ քրեական գործը իրավական անգրագիտության արդյունք է։ Նկատվում է նաև, որ գործի հիմքում կարող են լինել աշխարհաքաղաքական հաշվարկներ։
Նախկին պատգամավոր Միհրան Հակոբյանի ձևակերպմամբ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի համար ցանկացած այլախոհություն մահացու վտանգ է․ «Նա պատրաստ է ամեն ինչի՝ բանսարկելու, բանտարկելու, նույնիսկ կրակելու»։ Հակոբյանի կարծիքով, Կարապետյանին բանտարկելն ու ՀԷՑ-ը խլելը Փաշինյանի ոչ թե ուժի, այլ թուլության դրսևորում է։
Մինչ իշխանությունը սաստկացնում է ճնշումները, Սամվել Կարապետյանի նախաձեռնությամբ շարունակում են գործել բարեգործական ծրագրերը։ «Տաշիր» հիմնադրամի միջոցով կազմակերպվում են երեխաների հանգստի ճամբարներ, իսկ սեպտեմբերի 1-ին գյուղական համայնքների բոլոր առաջին դասարանցիները դպրոցական պայուսակներ կստանան։
Այս ճնշումները ոչ միայն լուրջ հարված են Հայաստանի ժողովրդավարական համակարգին, այլև վկայում են, որ իշխանությունն իր դիրքերը պահելու համար ընտրել է քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի ուղին՝ ընդդիմադիրների, հոգևորականների ու հասարակական գործիչների հաշվին։
