politnavigator.news–ը «Ադրբեջանը ԱՄՆ-ի անվստահելի դաշնակից է, Ալիևը բռնապետ է» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Դոնալդ Թրամփը սխալվել է՝ ներգրավվելով Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հակամարտության մեջ, Բաքուն ԱՄՆ-ի համար անվստահելի դաշնակից է, գրել է Քվինսի ինստիտուտի փորձագետ Էլդար Մամեդովը The Аmerican Conservative հրատարակության էջերում։

«Պետք է հարցնել՝ ընդհանրապես ինչո՞ւ է Ամերիկան 6000 մղոն հեռավորությունից ներգրավվել այդ հակամարտության մեջ մի վայրում, որը որևէ հատուկ ռազմավարական արժեք չունի ԱՄՆ-ի համար ...Սա կարող է դառնալ սայթաքուն լանջ ամերիկյան նոր անվտանգության պարտավորությունների համար։ Իսրայելամետ լոբբիստները, նեոկոնսերվատորները և ավետարանական խմբերը վաղուց են չափազանցրել Ադրբեջանի կարևորությունը ԱՄՆ-ի համար: Վերջին բանը, որը Ամերիկային պետք է, դա ևս մեկ անվստահելի դաշնակիցն է, որը նրան ներքաշում է տարածաշրջանային վեճերի մեջ…Կովկասը այն տարածաշրջանն է, որտեղ ԱՄՆ շահերը նվազագույն են, բայց հակամարտության մեջ ներքաշվելու ռիսկերը բարձր են։ Ի տարբերություն Ուկրաինայի, հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտությունը անմիջական կապ չունի Ամերիկայի անվտանգության հետ։ Ամերիկայի դիվանագիտական կապիտալը շատ ավելի լավ կլիներ ծախսել Ռուսաստան-Ուկրաինա պատերազմի ավարտի վրա, դա միակ հակամարտությունն է, որը կարող է իսկապես վերածվել քաղաքակրթությունը կործանող համաշխարհային պատերազմի», - ասվում է հրատարակման մեջ։

Հեղինակը կարծում է, որ Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի կողմից Թրամփի ներկայությամբ ընդունված հռչակագիրը հրադադար է ապահովում միայն «կարճաժամկետ հեռանկարում»։ «Սակայն այն ոչինչ չի անում հակամարտության արմատական պատճառները լուծելու համար։ Ավելի վատ է այն, որ դա խրախուսում է ագրեսիան, ստեղծում է Իրանի հետ ավելորդ բախման ռիսկ և պայմաններ է ստեղծում տարածաշրջանում ամերիկյան ապագա պարտավորությունների համար, որոնք լավ կլիներ թողնել տարածաշրջանային տերություններին։ Իսկական խաղաղությունը պահանջում է կիրառելի երաշխիքներ, փոխադարձ զիջումներ և հստակ պայմաններ, որոնցից ոչ մեկը այստեղ գոյություն չունի…Հռչակագիրը անորոշ կերպով հաստատում է «տարածքային ամբողջականությունը», բայց չի անդրադառնում Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական տարածքի առնվազն 83 քառակուսի մղոն օկուպացիային։ Առանց զորքերը դուրս բերելու պարտավորության՝ դա ավելի շատ նվաճման վավերացում է, քան խաղաղության համաձայնագիր»,–գրել է հեղինակը։

Մամեդովը Իլհամ Ալիևի ռեժիմը անվանել է բռնապետություն, որը էթնիկ զտումներ է իրականացրել Ղարաբաղում, «ինչի արդյունքում բռնի կերպով վտարվել է 100000 հայ»։ «Բաքուն Վաշինգտոնին ռազմավարական արժեք ներկայացնող ոչինչ չի առաջարկում, բացի պարբերաբար հակաիրանական հայտարարություններից, որոնք հազիվ թե արժանի լինեն այն բռնապետության ընդունման բարոյական զիջմանը, որը քրիստոնյաների զտումներ է իրականացնում»,– եզրափակել է Մամեդովը։
