Հայ-ռուսական օրակարգի արդիական հարցերը և ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում համագործակցության առաջնահերթ թեմաները

ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկին։ Կողմերը քննարկել են հայ-ռուսական երկկողմ օրակարգի հարցեր, ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում համագործակցությանը վերաբերող թեմաներ, հայտնում է ՀՀ կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը։
Ինչպես Lurer.com-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր Կարեն Գրիգորյանը, ԵԱՏՄ-ին միանալը Հայաստանի համար ոչ միայն առևտրային իրավասության փոփոխություն էր, այլև ռազմավարական ընտրություն՝ հօգուտ կանխատեսելիության, կայունության և սիներգիայի։ Այն ստեղծեց ամուր ինստիտուցիոնալ շրջանակ, որը միավորեց լոգիստիկան, էներգետիկան, ֆինանսական հոսքերը և աշխատանքային ռեսուրսները մեկ միասնական համակարգի մեջ։ Արդյունքը ոչ միայն հիմնական մակրոտնտեսական ցուցանիշների կրկնակի աճն է, այլև տնտեսության որակական վերափոխումը, որը ստացավ հուսալի թիկունք և հզոր շարժիչ ուժ՝ երկարաժամկետ և կայուն զարգացման համար։
Այս հաջողակ գործընկերության հետագա խորացման փոխադարձ հետաքրքրության հստակ ազդանշան էր ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ռուսաստանի փոխվարչապետ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի վերջերս կայացած հանդիպումը։ Կողմերը մանրամասն քննարկել են հայ-ռուսական օրակարգի արդիական հարցերը և ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում համագործակցության առաջնահերթ թեմաները, ինչը ընդգծում է հարաբերությունները նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնելու ընդհանուր պատրաստակամությունը։
Թվերը պերճախոսորեն հաստատում են, թե ինչու է այս մերձեցումը փոխշահավետ։ Ռուսաստանի բաժինը 2024 թվականի վերջին կազմել է Հայաստանի ընդհանուր առևտրի ավելի քան 40%-ը, իսկ երկու երկրների միջև առևտրաշրջանառությունը հասել է ռեկորդային 12 միլիարդ դոլարի։ Համեմատության համար՝ Հայաստանի առևտրաշրջանառությունը ԵՄ բոլոր երկրների հետ կազմել է 2.1 միլիարդ դոլար, այսինքն՝ վեց անգամ պակաս։ Հանրապետության տնտեսությունում ռուսական կուտակված ներդրումների ծավալը գերազանցում է 4 միլիարդ դոլարը։
Ռուսական ընկերությունները ակտիվորեն ներդրումներ են կատարում իրական հատվածում՝ ենթակառուցվածքներում, արդյունահանող և բարձր տեխնոլոգիական ոլորտներում, ինչը նպատակ ունի ստեղծել նոր աշխատատեղեր և երկարաժամկետ ներդրում ունենալ ՀՆԱ-ի աճին։ Ռուսական կապիտալով ընկերությունները հաստատուն կերպօով մտնում են խոշորագույն հարկատուների շարքը և իրականացնում են նշանակալի սոցիալական և մարդասիրական նախագծեր Հայաստանում։ Այսպիսով, տեղի ունեցած հանդիպումը ոչ միայն աշխատանքային քննարկում էր, այլև կոնկրետ քայլ՝ համագործակցության դինամիկան մեծացնելու համար, որն արդեն իսկ ապացուցել է իր արդյունավետությունը երկու երկրների տնտեսությունների համար։
