Շան կծելուց 40 օր անց վիճակը վատացել է, կյանքը փրկել չի հաջողվել․ մանրամասներ Ակնալիճում երեխայի մահվան դեպքից

Մեծամոր խոշորացված համայնքի Ակնալիճ գյուղում արձանագրվել է 2.5 տարեկան երեխայի մահվան դեպք՝ շան կծելու հետեւանքով առաջացած կատաղություն հիվանդությունից։
«Խելոք երեխա էր։ Շունը հայաթում ա եղել, երեխա ա, կարող է մոտ ա գնացել, կծել էր երեխուն»,– NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում պատմել է հարևանուհին։
Դեպքից հետո երեխային կատաղության դեմ չեն պատվաստել։ Հարեւանները պատմում են՝ երեխան հոգատար ծնողներ ունի, պարզապես չեն պատկերացրել, թե ինչ հետեւանքներ կարող է ունենալ շան կծածը։
«5 երեխա ունեն, շատ կոկիկ, լավ ընտանիք են։ Ուշադիր, հոգատար են երեխեքի հանդեպ»,- նշեց հարեւանուհիներից մեկը։
Երեխան հիվանդանոց է տեղափոխվել դեպքից 40 օր անց՝ օգոստոսի 15-ին՝ բարձր ջերմությամբ, դողով ու սարսուռով։ Ախտորոշվել է կատաղություն։
Սուրբ Աստվածամայր ԲԿ վերակենդանացման ծառայության ղեկավար Իգոր Նալչաջյանի խոսքով՝ երեխայի վիճակը գնալով էլ ավելի է վատացել, սկսվել են շնչառական խանգարումներ, սրտի աշխատանքի խանգարում, ինտուբացվել է, միացվել է արհեստական շնչառական սարքին։ Հիվանդանոցում երեխայի մոտ երկու անգամ արձանագրվել է սրտի կանգ։ Երկրորդի ժամանակ բժիշկներին չի հաջողվել փրկել նրա կյանքը։
«Կատաղության վիրուսն է, որն ախտահարում է կենտրոնական նյարդային համակարգը։ Բժշկի չեն դիմել ընդհանրապես, մտածել են՝ մեծ վերք չի, հարևանի շունն է, թեթև վնասվածք է»,– NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում տեղեկացրեց բժիշկը։
Նա խորհուրդ է տալիս նման դեպքերում անհապաղ դիմել մասնագետի։
«Շուն, թե ցանկացած այլ կենդանի եթե կծում է, պիտի անպայման դիմել բուժհաստատություն, այնտեղ արդեն կորոշեն թե պատվաստման ձևերը, թե սխեմաները», – նշել է նա։
Երեխային, ամենայն հավանակնությամբ, կծել է թափառող շներից մեկը, որոնց թիվը, ինչպես տեղացիներն են պատմում, գյուղում շատ մեծ է։ Ակնալիճ գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար Շողիկ Մուրադյանը հայտնել է, որ նախքան այս դեպքը թափառող շների վերաբերյալ ահազանգեր չեն եղել։
Մահացած երեխայի եղբայրը՝ 6 տարեկան, այս պահին հոսպիտալացված է Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն հիվանդանոցում։ Նրա մոտ գանգատներ չկան, սակայն բժիշկների հսկողության տակ է՝ հիվանդության հնարավոր ընթացքը կանխարգելելու նպատակով։ Հիվանդանոցից NEWS.am-ին հայտնել են, որ կատաղության դրսևորումներ չկան, և երեխայի վիճակը կայուն է։
Առողջապահության նախարարությունը հորդորում է շան կամ որևէ կենդանու կծելու դեպքում դիմել տեղամասային բուժհաստատություն։ Ըստ նախարարության՝ բոլոր հաստատությունները բավարար չափով ապահովված են կատաղության դեմ պատվաստանյութով։
