Օգոստոսի 16-ին` ժամը 7.40-ին, Ոստիկանության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն հաղորդում է ստացվել «Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» բժշկական կենտրոնից: Հայտնել են, որ Գյուրջյան փողոցում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության հետևանքով կտրած-ծակած վերքով բուժօգնության է դիմել նույն փողոցի բնակիչ 26-ամյա մի երիտասարդ: Մեկնել է Քրեական ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից։

Պարզվել է, որ գիշերվա ժամը 4.20-ի սահմաններում Գյուրջյան փողոցում արծաթագույն «Մերսեդես» ավտոմեքենայով երկու անհայտ անձինք ծեծի են ենթարկել տուժածին, դանակահարել և հափշտակել պայուսակը, որի մեջ եղել են անձնական իրեր և 25 հազար դրամ։

Կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին, որտեղ ավազակության հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Քրեական ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության սեփականության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի բաժնի ծառայողները համագործակցված աշխատանքի արդյունքում ստացել են հավաստի տեղեկություն, որ ավազակությունը կատարել են Նոր Նորքի բնակիչներ՝ 22 և 21 տարեկան երիտասարդներ:

Օգոստոսի 18-ին երկուսն էլ հայտնաբերվել են, ձերբակալվել և կազմված փաստաթղթերով հանդերձ ներկայացվել նախաքննական մարմին։

Գողոնը հայտնաբերվել է։ Նախաքննությամբ հանգամանքները պարզվում են։

Նշենք, որ «ԱրմԼուրի» տեղեկություններով՝ տուժողը 26–ամյա երգիչ Գևորգ Գևորգյանն է։
