Մակրոնն ասում է, որ «Ռուսաստանի խոսքին չի կարելի հավատալ, այն գիշատիչ է Եվրոպայի մատույցներում, և Ուկրաինային պետք է տրվեն անվտանգության իրական երաշխիքներ, անվտանգության իրական մեխանիզմներով, որպեսզի վտահ լինենք, որ Ռուսաստանը կրկին չի հարձակվի»։ Այս մասին գրել է Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը:
«Հայաստանին ոչ ոք անվտանգության երաշխիքներ չի ուզում տալ, չի ուզում նույնիսկ դրա մասին խոսել։ Ասել է թե՝ մենք պետք է հավատանք Ալիևի խոսքին, որը, երևի, գիշատիչ չէ։
Գիտե՞ք ինչու է այդպես. որովհետև մենք՝ Հայաստանը, իր անվտանգության երաշխիքների հարցը չի դնում կոշտ՝ որպես նախապայման, որպես հիմնական առանցք, առանց որի չի ստորագրի ոչ մի թուղթ և չի դառնա ոչ մեկի համար «Նոբելյան մրցանակի» մատերիալ։
Հա՜, մոռացանք, Թրամփն ասել է, որ եթե հարց լինի՝ զանգեք։ Ու մի ամբողջ ժողովուրդ ապրում է նման սառույցի վրա գրված անվտանգության երաշխիքների հույսին։ Մի ամբողջ ժողովուրդ ապրում է խաղաղության բլեֆի արյունոտ ստվերի տակ։
Ավելին, այդ երկրի հականիկոլական ընդդիմությունը չի կարողանում այս խնդիրը (անվտանգության երաշխիքները) ձևակերպել որպես քաղաքական օրակարգ, որի վրա կկառուցի իր բովանդակությունը, ցույց կտա իր պատկերացրած անվտանգության համակարգը։ Եվ սա հնարավորություն է տալիս Նիկոլին, երկիրը վարի տալուց հետո, դառնալ «խաղաղության օրակարգի» սիմվոլ։
Վիետնամի երկարատև հակամարտությանը վերջ տալու նպատակով 1973 թվականի հունվարի 27-ին ստորագրվեց Փարիզի խաղաղության համաձայնագիրը, որն իբր պետք է վերջ տար պատերազմին։ Դրանից հետո պատերազմը նոր ու արյունալի թափ ստացավ, իսկ Հյուսիսային Վիետնամը ոչ միայն չհանեց իր զորքերը Հարավային Վիետնամից, այլև անցավ լայնածավալ հարձակման։
Փարիզյան խաղաղության համաձայնագրի համար ամերիկյան և վիետնամական պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարները՝ Հենրի Քիսսինջերը և Լե Դաք Թհոն արժանացել են խաղաղության Նոբելյան մրցանակի։ Վերջինս, սակայն, իր մրցանակից հրաժարվել է՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ խաղաղություն չի հաստատվել։
Հայաստանը կարիք ունի լրջության, ոչ թե շոուների, Հայաստանը կարիք ունի քաղաքական լիդերության, ոչ թե իներցիոն շքախմբերի, Հայաստանը կարիք ունի ներսում մթնոլորտի էական փոփոխության, որ ունակ մարդիկ գտնեն մասնակցության ձևաչափը, Հայաստանը կարիք ունի պետական մտածողությամբ սոլիդ իշխանության, որը կարողանա պահանջել և գտնել Հայաստանի համար իրական անվտանգության իրական մեխանիզմներով երաշխիքներ»,- գրել է նա:
