Փորձագետը նշել է Իրանի նախագահի Հայաստան այցի գլխավոր նպատակը

Իրանի նախագահի Հայաստան այցը կարևոր է Թեհրանի համար՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հարցեր տալու և նրա պատասխանները հրապարակայնորեն արձանագրելու առումով։ Իրանը, ի հեճուկս Հայաստանի վարչապետի հավաստիացումների, շարունակում է մտահոգություն հայտնել։ NEWS.am-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում դրա մասին հայտարարել է տարածաշրջանային հարցերով փորձագետ Կարեն Իգիթյանը։
«Փաշինյանը փորձում է Իրանի ղեկավարությանը համոզել, որ ԱՄՆ-ում ստորագրված փաստաթղթերը չեն վնասում Թեհրանին, սակայն դա շատ դժվար է անել։ Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ եթե նա գնա ԱՄՆ և համաձայնությունների հասնի, ըստ որոնց ամերիկացիները տեղում ներգրավված կլինեն տարածաշրջանում տեղի ունեցող գործընթացներում, ապա հետագա գործողությունները Հայաստանից կախված չեն լինի։ Եթե վաղը Միացյալ Նահանգները ցանկանա փակել Հյուսիս-Հարավ ճանապարհը դեպի Իրան, արդյոք նրանք նման հնարավորություն կունենա՞ն։ Կարծում եմ՝ և՛ Միացյալ Նահանգները, և՛ Ադրբեջանը նման հնարավորություն կունենան։ Այդ պատճառով Իրանի մտահոգություններն արդարացված են։
Իրանը հիանալի հասկանում է, որ ճանապարհն իրականում Հայաստանը չի վերահսկելու, քանի որ Հայաստանի տարածքում հայկական կողմից դա լավագույն դեպքում միջնորդավորված բնույթ կունենա։ Իրանի դիրքորոշումը Սյունիքի հարցում ավելի հայամետ է, քան պաշտոնական Երևանի դիրքորոշումը, քանի որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները պատրաստ են գնալ զիջումների»,- ընդգծել է Իգիթյանը։
Նա պարզաբանել է, որ եթե պատկերացնենք, թե Ադրբեջանը փակում է Հայաստանով անցնող ճանապարհը, ինչպես Լաչինի միջանցքի դեպքում, և Երևանը դիմի Իրանի օգնությանը, վերջինս կարող է դիմել գործողությունների, հակառակ դեպքում Թեհրանի կարողությունը արձագանքելու իրավիճակին շատ սահմանափակ կլինի։
Փորձագետը կարծում է, որ այսօր Հայաստանի և Իրանի միջև ստորագրված փաստաթղթերը ոչինչ չեն նշանակում հարաբերությունները ռազմավարական գործընկերության մակարդակի բարձրացնելու առումով, քանի որ դա պահանջում է համագործակցություն հաստատել պաշտպանության ոլորտում և տնտեսական ոլորտում անցնել ավելի լուրջ համագործակցության։
Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ նրա, կան հարցեր Հայաստանի ռազմավարության վերաբերյալ։ «Երևանը ցանկանում է գնալ եվրոպական ինտեգրման ճանապարհով, բայց դեռևս գտնվում է ԵԱՏՄ-ում։ Բացի դրանից, Հայաստանը ստորագրում է ռազմավարական համագործակցության փաստաթղթեր Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ և միևնույն ժամանակ խոսում է Վաշինգտոնի հետ», թշնամական հարաբերությունների մեջ գտնվող Իրանի հետ նույն փաստաթուղթը ստորագրելու իր մտադրության մասին»,- շեշտել է Իգիթյանը։
Նա ենթադրում է, որ խույս տալու քաղաքականությունը կարող է բացասական հետևանքների հանգեցնել։
