Սիրելի հայ ժողովուրդ, նիկոլն Արցախի կորուստն ու Արցախից հրաժարումը վերջնականապես գցեց ձեր գրպանը, քանի որ ըստ նրա` եթե չէիք ուզում հրաժարվել Արցախից, ուրեմն պիտի հեղափոխություն անեիք, սակայն չեք արել, հետևաբար սիրելի ժողովուրդ, դուք հրաժարվել եք Արցախից, ինքը ոչ մի բանում մեղավոր չէ (կարդալ սարկազմով):

Էստեղ պարզապես մի փոքրիկ նյուանս կա, որի մասին ձեզ չեն ուզում ասել, սիրելի ժողովուրդ, միայն Արցախից չէ, որ հրաժարվել եք, այլ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության մի շարք տարածքներից` Տավուշի Կիրանցից, Ջերմուկի որոշ հատվածներից, Սյունիքի մարզի Սև լճի մի մասից, Շուռնուխից, Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհահատվածից, ու էլի մի շարք տարածքներից, որտեղ այսօր ադրբեջանական զորքեր են կանգնած, ու բոլորովին մտադիր չեն դուրս գալու: Այ սրա մասին ձեզ չեն ասում ու չեն ասի:
Օգոստոսի 9-ին Վաշինգտոնում ամերիկյան վկայությամբ նախաստորագրված պայմանագրի համաձայն` Սյունիքով Ադրբեջանը Նախիջևանին կապվելու համար տրվելիք միջանցքն ու Ադրբեջանի կողմից ՀՀ-ում զավթված բոլոր տարածքներից հրաժարման ողջ պատասխանատվությունը դրվեց ԺՈՂՈՎՐԴԻ վրա: Հերթական մանյովրով` ժողովրդի վրա պատասխանատվություն գցելով արեց իր սև գործը:
