«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Մի քանի օր առաջ ՀՀ կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը եզրակացրել է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երկու դրվագով վարքագծի կանոն է խախտել։ Դրան հետևել է վերջինիս գրառումը, որով նա «բոլորից» ներողություն է խնդրել:
Այստեղ ուշագրավ է այն հանգամանքը, որ դեռևս հուլիսի 8-ին «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը հանցագործության մասին հաղորդում էր ներկայացրել Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե և ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ պահանջելով, որ քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնվի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և իշխող կուսակցության մի շարք անդամների կողմից Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ ուղղված արշավի հետ կապված հանցագործությունների փաստերի, այդ թվում՝ ատելության խոսքի վերաբերյալ: «Փաստը» հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն՝ խնդրելով նշել, թե ինչ ընթացք է ստացել նշյալ հաղորդումը: Դատախազությունից ստացված պատասխանում նշվում է, որ ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի քննիչի կողմից վարույթ չնախաձեռնելու որոշում է կայացվել՝ Քրեական դատավարության 173-րդ հողվածի 2-րդ մասի հիմքով, որը հաստատվել է հսկող դատախազի կողմից: Այսինքն, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ու նրա թիմակիցների հակաեկեղեցական հայտարարություններում ու գործողություններում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքով նախատեսված որևէ արարքին համապատասխանություն չեն տեսել:
Ի՞նչն է հետաքրքիր. ստացվում է, որ ՀՀ կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովը վարքագծի կանոն է արձանագրել, բայց ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն և դատախազությունը դա անտեսել են: «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորման համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը նշեց, որ գործ ունենք հանցագործության կոծկման հետ: «Եթե Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն եկել է եզրակացության, որ կա ատելության խոսք, ինչն ընդունել է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր ներողությամբ, ստացվում է, որ այդ փաստը հաստատված է: Այդ դեպքում ի՞նչ իրավունքով է Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեն մերժում քրեական վարույթ նախաձեռնել: Սա փաստացի հանցագործության կոծկում է: Այս ընթացքում մենք դիմել ենք դատախազություն, որ պարտադրվի Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեին նախաձեռնել քրեական վարույթ: Եթե դատախազությունը դա չանի, մենք կդիմենք դատական ատյաններին, կգնանք ընդհուպ մինչև Սահմանադրական դատարան»,-ասում է Չալաբյանը:
