Ուկրաինայում Ադրբեջանի  SOCAR նավթային ընկերության օբյեկտներին ՌԴ-ի հարվածների ֆոնին Բաքուն պետք է վերացնի Ուկրաինային զենքի վաճառքի վրա դրված արգելքը. նման հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի՝ Միլլի Մեջլիսի պատգամավոր Ռասիմ Մուսաբեկովը:

«Այժմ նրանց լրացուցիչ կոչեր կամ հայտարարություններ անելու կարիք չկա։ Ես կարծում եմ, որ մենք կարող ենք վերացնել Ուկրաինային զենքի վաճառքի վրա դրված արգելքը, և այս քայլը պետք է ձեռնարկվի։ Մենք պետք է գործենք՝ անկախ Ռուսաստանի հայտարարություններից։ Հայաստանի հետ պատերազմի ժամանակ առգրավված ռուսական զենքը կարող է վաճառվել Ուկրաինային։ Նախիջևանում մեր բանակն ամբողջությամբ անցել է թուրքական սպառազինության, այնպես որ այնտեղ բավարար քանակությամբ զրահատեխնիկա է մնացել։ Կան «Գրադ» կայանքներ և այլ սարքավորումներ, որոնք այլևս պահեստավորման կարիք չունեն։ Այս սարքավորումները կարող են ուղարկվել վաճառքի Ուկրաինա։ Մի ժամանակ Ուկրաինան մեզ խորհրդային զենք էր վաճառում. Ադրբեջանին մատակարարվում էին և՛ տանկեր, և՛ «ՄիԳ-29» կործանիչներ։

Ես որևէ խնդիր չեմ տեսնում, որ Ադրբեջանն իր հերթին զեղչված գներով Ուկրաինային վաճառի խորհրդային զենք, որը մեզ այլևս պետք չէ։ Ավելին, այդ միջոցները մեծ հաճույքով վճարում են եվրոպական երկրները։ Լրացուցիչ բացատրություններ պետք չեն՝ ում դուր է գալիս, ում դուր չի գալիս, ում դուր չի գալիս՝ տարբերություն չկա», - ասել է Մուսաբեկովը:
