Ողբերգական ավտովթար՝ Վայոց ձորի մարզում․ վարորդը տեղափոխվել է հիվանդանոց, նրա 10-ամյա տղան տեղում մահացել է

Այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 17-ին, խոշոր ու ողբերգական ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Վայոց ձորի մարզում։ Ժամը 17։10-ի սահմաններում Երևանի բնակիչ 42-ամյա Հովհաննես Մ․-ն իր վարած «Nissan Tiida» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով Երևան-Երասխ-Մեղրի ավտոճանապարհի 96 կմ հատվածում՝ Ելփին գյուղի վարչական տարածքում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում դուրս է եկել երթևեկելի գոտուց և մոտ 100 մետր մի քանի պտույտ շրջվելով հայտնվել ձորում։ 

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող 10-ամյա տղան տեղում մահացել է, իսկ վարորդը, ում առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիները, տեղափոխվել է «Վայոց ձոր» բժշկական կենտրոն։

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքված քաղաքացիները նշում էին, որ օպերատիվ են գործել «Վայոց ձոր» բժշկական կենտրոնի շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր վիրավորին մինչև հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելը տեղում առաջին բուժօգնություն են ցուցաբերել։ 

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Վայոց ձորի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարապետ Հարությունյանի, վաշտի հրամանատար Արտակ Հակոբյանի և օրվա պատասխանատու, գումարտակի ծառայություն ավագ տեսուչ Հայկ Սողոյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Վթարի մասին ՊԾ Վայոց ձորի մարզի գումարտակից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Արմինե Գևորգյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Անի Սարգսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի վայր է ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնի պետ Արմենակ Արմենակյանը։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Եղեգնաձորի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկ, սակայն փրկարարների կարիք չի եղել։

Դեպքի փաստով Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ 

Քննիչի հանձնարարականով մետաղե ջարդոնի վերածված ավտոմեքենան վերամբարձ կռունկով դուրս է բերվելու ձորից և տեղափոխվի ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։

Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածները նշում էին, որ մահացածը վարորդի տղան էր։
