Թեհրանն ուշադիր հետևում է իրադարձությունների զարգացմանը, չի պարզեցնում և չի թերագնահատում ոչ մի խնդիր: Այս մասին հայտնել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Էսմայիլ Բաղային, հաղորդում է Tasnim գործակալությունը:

Նա նշել է, որ որոշ մեկնաբանություններ հիմնված են կեղծ տեղեկատվության վրա և կարող են ուղղված լինել Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների հետ Իրանի հարաբերությունների վատթարացմանը: Թեհրանը կարծում է, որ տարածաշրջանում հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման հարցին պետք է ուշադիր և նրբանկատորեն մոտենալ:

Արտաքին միջամտության հարցը շարունակում է կարմիր գիծ մնալ Թեհրանի համար։ «Մենք որևէ կերպ օգտակար չենք համարում արտաքին միջամտությունը և արտատարածաշրջանային ուժերի ներկայությունը և կարծում ենք, որ այդ հարցը աշխարհաքաղաքական բարդություններ կառաջացնի»,- ասել է Բաղային:

Ընդ որում, նա ասել է, որ պաշտոնական Երևանը հավաստիացրել է, որ Հայաստանի հարավում (Իրանի հետ սահմանի մոտ՝ խմբ․) երկաթու վերակառուցումն իրականացվելու է հայկական ընկերությունների և Հայաստանի օրենսդրության համաձայն գրանցված ամերիկյան ընկերության մասնակցությամբ, և ոչ մի օտարերկրյա զորք չի տեղակայվելու սահմանների երկայնքով:

ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը նաև անդրադարձել է Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի 12-րդ հոդվածին ու հայտարարել. «Ըստ այդ հոդվածի՝ օտարերկրյա զինված ուժեր չեն տեղակայվելու Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի սահմանների երկայնքով»:

«Մենք շատ զգայուն ենք այս հարցի նկատմամբ, և Հայաստանն ինքը գիտակցում է օտարերկրյա զինված ուժերի ներկայության հետևանքները», — հավելել է նա:

Հարցազրույցի ավարտին ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծել է. «Մենք լավ հարաբերություններ ունենք Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների հետ և կարծում ենք, որ այդ տարածաշրջանի կայունությունն ու անվտանգությունը կարևոր են մեզ համար»:

Բաղային հավելել է, որ Իրանը պատրաստ է քայլեր ձեռնարկել տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ երկկողմ հարաբերություններն ու համագործակցությունն ամրապնդելու համար և աջակցել ցանկացած գործողության, որը կամրապնդի տարածաշրջանի կայունությունն ու անվտանգությունը:
