Ատրճանակով զինված ավազակային հարձակում՝ Կոտայքի մարզում
SOCIETYՕգոստոսի 15-ին ատրճանակով զինված ավազակային հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 01։20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ քաղաքացուց զենքի սպառնալիքի տակ հափշտակել են նրա ավտոմեքենան, այնուհետև տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ այն շարժվում է Երևան-Սևան հատվածով՝ «Չայնիի ոլորաններ»։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատար Վահագն Կարապետյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի և վաշտի հրամանատար Դավիթ Հովհաննիսյանի գլխավորությամբ համատեղ ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելիս, ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզել են, որ հանցանք կատարած անձը հանդիսանում է Կոտայքի մարզի բնակիչ 33-ամյա Կարեն Կ․-ն, իսկ տուժածը Արարատի մարզի բնակիչ 49-ամյա Արթուր Հ․-ն է, ով «Յանդեքս» տաքսի ծառայության վարորդ է և պատվեր է ունեցել Աբովյան քաղաքի հասցեներից մեկը, որտեղից էլ զենքի սպառնալիքի միջոցով գողացել է նրա «Hongqi» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան։
Կոտայքի քրեական ոստիկանները ու պարեկները Կարեն Կ․-ին ավազակություն կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով Երևան-Սևան մայրուղու «Չայնիի ոլորանների» Ջրաբերի գազալցակայանի մոտից ձերբակալել և մինչ Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչություն տեղափոխելը նախ տեղափոխել են «Աբովյան» բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ բուժօգնություն ստանալուց հետո նա տեղափոխվել է Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչություն։
Քրեական ոստիկանները ու պարեկները հայտնաբերել են նաև գողացված ավտոմեքենան և հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող հրազենը։
Դեպքի փաստով Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում փաստաթղթեր են կազմվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին։
