Շաբաթ օրը Մումբայի օդանավակայանում անբարենպաստ եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով ավելի քան 350 չվերթ հետաձգվել է, դրանցից երկուսը վերաուղղորդվել են, իսկ ավելի քան մեկ տասնյակը ստիպված են եղել շրջանցում կատարել, հայտնում է Hindustan Times-ը։
Մումբայի օդանավակայանի աղբյուրները հայտնել են, որ շաբաթ առավոտյան քաղաք ուղևորվող 15 ինքնաթիռ ստիպված է եղել շրջանցում կատարել, իսկ երկու չվերթ վերաուղղորդվել է դեպի Նագպուր և Ահմադաբադ։ Վայրէջքների ընդհատումներն ու երկրորդ շրջան կատարելը տեղի են ունեցել շաբաթ օրը՝ ժամը 12-ից առավոտյան 6-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։
Ըստ Flightradar-ի տվյալների, Մումբայի օդանավակայանից 283 մեկնող չվերթ հետաձգվել է, մինչդեռ 77 ժամանող չվերթ իրականացվել է ժամանակացույցից ուշացումով։
Ավիահաղորդակցությունը խաթարվել է այն բանից հետո, երբ շաբաթ օրը վաղ առավոտյան Մումբայում հորդառատ անձրև է տեղացել։
Հորդառատ անձրևը, որը սկսվել է շաբաթ օրը՝ գիշերվա ժամը 1-ի սահմաններում, շարունակվել է նաև ցերեկը, և քաղաքի որոշ շրջաններում տեղումների քանակը գերազանցել է 200 մմ-ը։
