Գյումրիում 19-ամյա ռուս զինծառայողի սպանության գործը վերածվել է տուն-տունիկի

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. «Գյումրիում տեղակայված ռուսական 102-րդ ռազմաբազայի ժամկետային զինծառայող, 19-ամյա Իվան Նովիկովի սպանության գործը դարձել է Հայաստանի երկու իրավապահ կառույցների կռվախնձորի առարկա:
Քրգործն, ինչպես հայտնի է, ուղարկվել է դատախազություն՝ ռուսական կողմին հանձնելու համար: Սակայն Շիրակի մարզի դատախազությունը համապատասխան ցուցումներով քրեական գործը վերադարձրել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային վարչություն: Դրանից հետո ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունը սպանված զինծառայողի գործը ուղարկել է այս անգամ արդեն ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն` քննության հետագա ընթացքը որոշելու համար:
Երեկ «Ժողովուրդ»-ին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից հայտնեցին, որ հերթական անգամ իրենք գործը հետ են վերադարձրել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտե: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ երկու գերատեսչություններ իրենց հակամարտության պատճառով դատաիրավական գործընթացը վերածել են տուն-տունիկի` չգիտակցելով, որ այս դեպքում իրենց վարքի արդյունքում պետության հեղինակությունն է տուժում:
Եթե չեն ցանկանում քրեական գործը ռուսական կողմին հանձնել, ապա թող հենց այդպես էլ նրանց պաշտոնապես պատասխանեն: Իսկ եթե հանձնելու են, ապա ինչու են որոշել մուկն ու կատու խաղալ»:
