Հուլիսի 21-ին արտառոց դեպք էր տեղի ունեցել «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման ազգային կենտրոնում. ժամը 01:20-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նուբարաշենի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ նշված կենտրոնի 2-րդ բաժանմունքից 2 հոգի դիմել են փախուստի:

MediaHub-ը հիշեցնում է, որ պարզվել էր՝ նշված բաժանմունքի 5-րդ հիվանդասենյակի պատուհանի ճաղավանդակը պոկելու միջոցով հարկադիր բուժվող, Երևանի բնակիչ 45-ամյա Վյաչեսլավ Լուկինը և ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմանբ որպես անվտանգության միջոց կիրառված և նշված կենտրոն տեղափոխված Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա բնակիչը դիմել են փախուստի:

Ժամեր անց՝ ժամը 02:41-ին, ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի ծառայողները նրանցից մեկին հայտնաբերել էին Նուբարաշենի գերեզմանատան մոտ։ 

Սակայն երկրորդ փախուստի դիմածին տևական ժամանակ որոնում էին: Անցել է գրեթե մեկ ամիս, արդյո՞ք գտնվել է հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման ազգային կենտրոնից փախուստի դիմած երկրորդ բուժառուն․ MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի քարտուղար Կիմա Ավդալյանի հետ։ Ավդալյանը տվեց բացասական պատասխան։

«Անձը դեռ չի հայտնաբերվել, ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ, վերջինիս նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում է հարուցվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 506–րդ հոդվածի առաջին մասով՝ արգելանքի վերցված, ձերբակալված, կալանավորված կամ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պատիժ կրող անձի փախուստը կամ ազատությունից զրկելու հետ կապված պատիժը կրելուց խուսափելը»,- նշեց ՔԿ մամուլի քարտուղարը։ 

MediaHub-ի տեղեկություններով՝ որոնվող բուժառուն ՀՀ Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի որոշմանբ որպես անվտանգության միջոց կիրառված և նշված «Նուբարաշեն» հոգեկան առողջության պահպանման ազգային կենտրոն տեղափոխված Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Արամայիս Միրզոյանն է։
