Փաշինյանը փորձում է փարատել Իրանի մտահոգությունները

Փաշինյանական իշխանությունն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ Իրանը կարող է և պետք է լուրջ մտահոգություններ ունենա Վաշինգտոնում ընդունված որոշումների կապակցությամբ, ուստի և ամեն գնով փորձում են փարատել Թեհրանի մտահոգությունները։ Հենց Վաշինգտոնից Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարցազրույց է տվել «Fox News» հեռուստաընկերությանը, հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված հռչակագիրը տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային մակարդակի նշանակություն ունի. դրա կարևորությունը դուրս է երկկողմ շրջանակից։
Փաշինյանի կարծիքով, հռչակագիրը շոշափելի օգուտներ է պարունակում ինչպես Իրանի, այնպես էլ Ռուսաստանի համար։ «Երբ դրանք կյանքի կոչվեն, Իրանը, օրինակ, հնարավորություն կունենա Պարսից ծոցից երկաթուղով հասնել մինչև Սև ծով, իսկ Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը հնարավորություն կունենան ունենալ երկաթուղային կապ միմյանց միջև»,- ասել է Փաշինյանը։ Նրա գնահատմամբ, համաձայնագիրը կյանքի կոչվելու դեպքում միայն Հայաստանը, Ադրբեջանը և ԱՄՆ-ն չէ, որ տնտեսական օգուտ կունենան, այլև կշահեն Թուրքիան, Ռուսաստանն ու Իրանը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսքով, երկաթուղային կապը տարածաշրջանի համար աննախադեպ կլինի։
Այդուհանդերձ, Փաշինյանի այս խոսքերն ու հավաստիացումները բավարար չեն Իրանին հանգստացնելու համար, հատկապես, որ եթե Իրանի պաշտոնական շրջանակները, պետական պաշտոնյաները հայտարարում են, որ որոշակիորեն իրենց մտահոգությունները փարատվել են, Իրանում հիմնական իշխանության կրողի՝ գերագույն հոգևոր առաջնորդի խորհրդականները բավականին կոշտ դիրքորոշում են որդեգրել այս հարցում։ Ուստի նախօրեին Թեհրան են գործուղել փոխարտգործնախարար Վահան Կոստանյանին, ով հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Իրանի ԱԳ նախարար Սեյեդ Աբբաս Արաղչիի, ԱԳ նախարարի քաղաքական հարցերով տեղակալ Մաջիդ Թախթ Ռավանչիի, ԻԻՀ Գերագույն առաջնորդի խորհրդական, Արտաքին հարաբերությունների ռազմավարական խորհրդի ղեկավար Քամալ Խարազիի և միջազգային հարցերով խորհրդական Ալի Աքբար Վելայաթիի, ինչպես նաև Իրանի նախագահի քաղաքական հարցերով խորհրդական Մեհդի Սանայիի հետ, հայտարարել, թե Իրանի հետ հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի համար ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեն և երբեք որևէ աշխարհաքաղաքական գործարքի առարկա չեն դառնա։ Կոստանյանը նշել է, որ երկու երկրների հարաբերությունները պետք է ավելի կայուն փոխանցվեն հաջորդ սերունդներին։ Նա նաև վերահաստատել է, որ Հայաստանը փոխադարձաբար հաշվի է առնում Իրանի կենսական շահերը։
Փաստացի, փաշինյանական իշխանությունը հստակ գիտակցում է, որ լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի իր հարավային հարևանի հետ և փորձում է հանգստացնել Իրանին։ Իհարկե, չափազանց բարդ է լինելու սա իրականացնել, քանի որ Իրանում հասկանում են, թե ինչ հետևանքներ կարող է ունենալ տարածաշրջանի և մասնավորապես Իրանի համար։
