Վրաստանի դատախազությունը հրապարակել է ազդեցիկ «օրենքով գող» Մերաբ «Սուխումսկու» եղբոր՝ գործարար Լևան Ջանգվելաձեի սպանության պատվիրատուների անունները: Հետաքննությունը պնդում է, որ հանցագործության հետևում կանգնած են հայտնի գործարարներ՝ Գեորգի և Դավիթ Միկաձե եղբայրները, հաղորդում է Грузия Online-ը:

Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ Միկաձեն Ջանգվելաձեի հետ կոնֆլիկտ է ունեցել բիզնեսի շուրջ: Որոշելով վերացնել նրան՝ նրանք կապ են հաստատել արտասահմանում բնակվող իրենց ընկեր Գելա Ջոխաձեի հետ: Սպանությունը կատարելու համար ընտրել են Ջոխաձեի «վստահելի անձին»՝ Գելա Ուձիլաուրիին, որը համաձայնել է սպանությանը վարձատրության դիմաց:

Հանցագործության համար Ջոխաձեն իր ընկեր Գեորգի Կաչկաչիշվիլիի օգնությամբ ձեռք է բերել GLOCK 19 ատրճանակ: Նա միաժամանակ իր ազգական Մամուկա Բաղդավաձեին ներգրավել է մահափորձի նախապատրաստման գործում:

2024 թվականի մարտի 14-ին Ուձիլաուրին Թբիլիսիի կենտրոնում՝ Ճավճավաձե պողոտայում կրակոցով սպանել է Ջանգվելաձեին։ Գործարարը, որը Վրաստան էր եկել ընդամենը մի քանի օրով՝ հուղարկավորության արարողությանը մասնակցելու համար, տեղում մահացել է։ Նրա վարորդը նիրավորվել է։

Երեք օր անց ոստիկանությունը ձերբակալել է հանցագործին և զենքի տիրոջը։ Այժմ ձերբակալվել է նաև ենթադրյալ հաճախորդներից մեկը՝ Գեորգի Միկաձեն։ Նրա եղբայր Դավիթը միջազգային հետախուզման մեջ է։ Կաչկաչիշվիլին և Բաղդավաձեն նույնպես ձերբակալվել են, իսկ Ջոխաձեին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել հեռակա կարգով։

TV Pirveli-ի տվյալներով՝ Գեորգին և Դավիթ Միկաձեն մտերիմ են Վրաստանի նախկին գլխավոր դատախազ, ռուսական հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ ենթադրյալ կապերի համար ԱՄՆ պատժամիջոցների տակ գտնվող Օթար Պարցխալաձեի հետ։ Նա ներկայում ապրում և գործունեություն է ծավալում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում։

Գեորգի Միկաձեն Վրաստանի և Կանադայի քաղաքացի է, M Group-ի (Թբիլիսիի էլիտար ռեստորանների) համասեփականատերը, հյուրանոցների սեփականատերը, ինչպես նաև սննդի ներմուծող։

Դավիթ Միկաձեն զբաղվում է հյուրանոցային և ռեստորանային բիզնեսով, ինչպես նաև VoIP հեռախոսակապի ոլորտում գործող ձեռնարկատեր է։

Դատախազությունը պնդում է, որ ծանրակշիռ ապացույցներ ունի, դրանց թվում՝ հեռախոսազրույցների ձայնագրություններ, նամակագրություն, տեսախցիկների տեսագրություններ և վկաների ցուցմունքներ։

Պատվիրատուներին և վարձու մարդասպանին մինչև 20 տարվա կամ ցմահ ազատազրկում է սպառնում։

Հանցակիցներին՝ մինչև 11 տարվա ազատազրկում՝ անօրինական զենք պահելու և մինչև 7 տարի՝ հանցագործությունը թաքցնելու համար։
