Նոր զարգացումներ ՀԷՑ-ի սեփականազրկման գործով

Գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանն ու իր ընտանիքը պաշտոնապես միջազգային արբիտրաժային վարույթ են նախաձեռնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեմ՝ «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ի սեփականազրկման գործով պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար։ Կարապետյանների ընտանիքը պետությունից պահանջում է 500 մլն դոլար հատուցում՝ հասցված, ինչպես նաև սպասվող վնասների համար։ Ըստ հաղորդագրության, այս թիվը դեռ նախնական է և ենթակա է վերջնական գնահատման արբիտրաժային տրիբունալի կողմից։
«Սամվել Կարապետյանի պաշտպանական խորհուրդը» հայտնել է, թե վարույթը նախաձեռնվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության միջև 1995-ի հունվարի 18-ին ստորագրված «Ներդրումների խրախուսման և փոխադարձ պաշտպանության մասին համաձայնագրի» հիման վրա։
Իսկ այդ ընթացքում քննչական կոմիտեն Սամվել Կարապետյանի կալանքը երկարացնելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան։ Հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանը միջնորդությունը կքննի օգոստոսի 14-ին, ժամը 17.00-ին։ Հիշեցնենք՝ Սամվել Կարապետյանը կալանավորվել է հունիսի 18-ին, երկու ամսյա ժամկետով։ Նա մեղադրվում է իշխանությունը զավթելու, սահմանադրական կարգը բռնի տապալելու հրապարակային կոչ անելու համար։
Կարապետյանն ընդամենը Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցուն աջակցելու անմեղ հայտարարություն էր արել, որից հետո փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ապօրինի ձերբակալեց նրան (նախօրեին ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանն էլ հաստատել է ձերբակալության ապօրինի լինելու փաստը), կալանավորեց, նաև «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» պետականացնելու, կրկեսի շենքը գործարարից խլելու գործընթաց էին սկսել։
Ինչպես և կանխատեսելի էր, Կարապետյանի դեմ այս ապօրինությունները ոչ միայն լուրջ տնտեսական հարված են հասցնելու Հայաստանին, այլև վնասելու են մեր երկրի միջազգային հեղինակությանը։ Վկան՝ արբիտրաժային վարույթը։
