Ադրբեջանում մի ամբողջ սերունդ է կրթվում ՀՀ-ի հանդեպ պետական մակարդակով քարոզվող զավթnղական ծրագրով. ադրբեջանագետ

Վաշինգտոնյան իրադարձություններից անմիջապես հետո Ալիևը իր հարցազրույցում կրկին խոսել է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության փոփոխման իրենց պահանջի մասին։ Դրանից հետո այսօր դրա մասին խոսել է Ալիևի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով ներկայացուցիչ Էլչին Ամիրբեյովը՝ NE Global-ին տված հարցազրույցում։ Այս մասին գրում է ադրբեջանագետ Տաթև Հայրապետյանը:
««Փաստաթղթում պարունակվող դրույթում, որը վերաբերում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագրի նախաստորագրմանը, ընդգծվում է այդ համաձայնագրի ստորագրման և վավերացման համար անհրաժեշտ հետագա քայլերի կարևորությունը։ Այլ կերպ ասած՝ որպեսզի դա հնարավոր դառնա, Բաքուն սպասում է Հայաստանի Սահմանադրության մեջ փոփոխությունների՝ նպատակ ունենալով վերացնել Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ տարածքային հավակնությունները, որոնք մինչ օրս այնտեղ առկա են»,- նշել է նա։
Հիմա ես հարց ունեմ, արդյոք մենք կարող ենք պահանջել Ադրբեջանի հանրակրթական դպրոցական դասագրքերի փոփոխություն։ Այնտեղ, օրինակ, 5-րդ դասարանի դասագրքում գրված է․ «Հայկական ԽՍՀ-ն ստեղծվել է պատմական ադրբեջանական հողերի արևմտյան մասում: Հետագայում Մոսկվայի ղեկավարությունը Ադրբեջանական ԽՍՀ-ին պատկանող հողերի մի մասը, ներառյալ Շարուր-Դերելայազը և Արևմտյան Զանգեզուրը, փոխանցեց Հայկական ԽՍՀ-ին: Արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը բաժանվեց Նախիջևանից: Մեր հայրենակիցները, որոնք բռնի կերպով տեղահանվել էին իրենց պապենական հողերից, հետագայում ձևավորեցին Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի համայնքը: Այս համայնքը միջազգային կազմակերպություններում պաշտպանում է Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանում մեր պատմական ժառանգության պահպանումը և տեղահանված բնակչության իրավունքները: Նրանք շարունակում են պայքարել իրենց հայրենիք վերադառնալու համար․․․»։
Հիմա սա ի՞նչ է, եթե ոչ ՀՀ-ի հանդեպ պետական մակարդակով քարոզվող զավթողական ծրագիր, որով մի ամբողջ սերունդ է կրթվում Ադրբեջանում։ Ի գիտություն ասեմ, որ դասագրքերը փոփոխության են ենթարկվել 2020 թվականից հետո, ինչի հետ կապված ես ևս մեկ անգամ կկիսվեմ իմ հետազոտությամբ»,- գրել է նա:
