Պուտինի հետ հանդիպումից հետո ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփը մտադիր է զանգահարել Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկուն և եվրոպացի առաջնորդներին։ Նա դրա մասին ասել է մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ, հաղորդում է BBC-ն։

«Եթե սա լավ գործարք է, ես դրա մասին կպատմեմ եվրոպացի առաջնորդներին, ՆԱՏՕ-ին և Զելենսկուն»,- ասել է Թրամփը։

«Զելենսկին չի գա Ալյասկա, քանի որ նա արդեն մասնակցել է բազմաթիվ հանդիպումների»,- հավելել է Թրամփը։

Ալյասկայի գագաթնաժողովից հետո հաջորդ հանդիպումը պետք է լինի Պուտինի և Զելենսկու կամ Պուտինի, Զելենսկու և Թրամփի միջև, ասել է ԱՄՆ նախագահը։

Թրամփը հայտարարել է, որ մտադիր է Ռուսաստանի նախագահին Ուկրաինայում պատերազմը դադարեցնելու կոչ անել՝ երկու առաջնորդների՝ ուրբաթ Ալյասկայում կայանալիք հանդիպման ժամանակ։

Թրամփը հանդիպումը որակել է որպես «նախնական»։ ԱՄՆ նախագահի խոսքով՝ Պուտինը իսկապես ցանկանում է դադարեցնել պատերազմը։ Սակայն Թրամփը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի առաջնորդը նախկինում հիասթափեցրել է իրեն։

«Կարծում եմ՝ հանդիպումը լավ կընթանա, բայց կարող է նաև վատ անցնել»,- եզրափակել է Թրամփը։

Նա հայտարարել է նաև, որ Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև տեղի կունենա տարածքային որոշակի փոխանակում, և դա Ուկրաինայի համար և՛ լավ կլինի, և՛ վատ։
