Առաջին մասնավոր ավիացիոն հաբը` Հայաստանում․ «Ազատ» թռիչքադաշտը ստացել է հարթակների շահագործման պաշտոնական թույլտվություն ընդհանուր ավիացիայի ոլորտում (լուսանկարներ)

Հայաստանում առաջին անգամ՝ մասնավոր նախաձեռնությամբ ստեղծված «Ազատ» թռիչքադաշտը Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի կողմից ստացել է հարթակների շահագործման պաշտոնական թույլտվություն՝ համաձայն ՀՀ Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարի 2022 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ի N 18-Ն հրամանով հաստատված կարգի։
Թռիչքադաշտի գործարկումը ստեղծում է նոր հնարավորություններ և բացում մի շարք հեռանկարներ, մասնավորապես հիմք է հանդիսանում Հայաստանում սիրողական ավիացիայի զարգացման համար, ստեղծում է պայմաններ օդաչուների ուսուցման և վերապատրաստման համար, ինչպես նաև հնարավորություն է տալիս ներդնել ու զարգացնել գյուղատնտեսական ավիացիան։
«Ազատ թռիչքադաշտ» հարթակը մասնավոր նախաձեռնություն է և պատկանում է անհատների, ինչը նշանակալի ձեռքբերում է ավիացիոն ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման գործում։ Թռիչքադաշտի համահիմնադիր Դավիթ Սահակյանը նշել է․
«Մեր նպատակը Հայաստանում ընդհանուր նշանակության ավիացիայի զարգացումն է։ Մենք ստեղծում ենք ավիացիոն հաբ, որտեղ կգործեն ավիացիոն դպրոց, հարթակ սիրողական օդաչուների համար և ակումբային համակարգ բոլոր նրանց համար, ովքեր ցանկանում են միանալ Azat Airfield-ի համայնքին։
Շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում Ավիացիայի կոմիտեին և ներգրավված մյուս գերատեսչություններին աջակցության համար։ Կարևորում ենք համագործակցությունը ավիացիոն ոլորտի բոլոր դերակատարների հետ և պատրաստ ենք զարգացնել այս բնագավառը համատեղ ջանքերով»։
Քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի կոմիտեի Օդանավակայանների սերտիֆիկացման և օդային երթևեկության կազմակերպման վարչության պետ Դավիթ Սարուխանյանն իր հերթին ընդգծել է․
«Վերջին տարիներին ՀՀ-ում բավականին արագ տեմպերով զարգացում է ապրում ընդհանուր նշանակության ավիացիան։
Նկատի ունենալով այն հանգամանքը, որ զգալի աճ է նկատվում նաև «մեծ» ավիացիայի կողմից իրականացվող փոխադրումների ծավալներում՝ թռիչքների անվտանգության ապահովման շրջանակներում անհրաժեշտություն է առաջանում տարանջատել «փոքր» և «մեծ» ավիացիայի թռիչքները։ Դա հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել «Ազատ» հարթակի և նմանատիպ հարթակների ցանցի զարգացման միջոցով։
«Ազատ» հարթակին շահագործման թույլտվություն տալու գործընթացն իրականացվել է ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված պահանջների համաձայն։ «Ազատ» թռիչքադաշտն ամբողջությամբ համապատասխանում է թռիչքային ու ավիացիոն անվտանգության պահանջներին»։
