Ռուսաստանը հաստատել է միգրանտներից ռուսական անձնագրերը զրկելու ավելի քան 80 հիմք։ Քաղաքացիությունից զրկելու պատճառների թիվը մեծացնող օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտել օգոստոսի 11-ին, հաղորդել է Պետդումայի պաշտոնական տելեգրամյան ալիքը։
Պատգամավորները օրենքն ընդունել են հուլիսի 17-ին, իսկ հուլիսի 31-ին նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ստորագրել է այն։ Ստորագրումից տասը օր անց օրենքն ուժի մեջ է մտել։
Ցանկը ընդլայնվել է և ներառել մի շարք հանցագործություններ։ Դրանց թվում են՝ մարդու կյանքից զրկելը, երեխայի նկատմամբ անպարկեշտ գործողություններ կատարելը, անօրինական միգրացիայի կազմակերպումը, հրապարակային կոչերը, ահաբեկչության արդարացումը կամ քարոզչությունը, այլ պետության, միջազգային կամ օտարերկրյա կազմակերպության հետ գաղտնի համագործակցությունը՝ Ռուսաստանի անվտանգությունը խաթարելու համար և այլն։
«Ռուսաստան եկողները պետք է ենթարկվեն օրենքներին, իմանան լեզուն և հարգեն մեր մշակույթն ու հավատը», - ասել է Դումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը։
