Իրանն ու Ռուսաստանը կոշտ են պատասխանելու վաշինգտոնյան համաձայնագրին

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփի մասնակցությամբ ստորագրված համաձայնագիրը, անկախ ամեն ինչից և Հայաստանի համար բացասական այլ զարգացումներից, ևս երկու առումով չափազանց խնդրահարույց է, մասնավորապես Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի արձագանքի վերաբերյալ։ Զուր չէ, որ արևմտյան մամուլն այժմ էյֆորիկ տրամադրությունների մեջ է, հայտարարում են, թե Արևմուտքին հաջողվել է Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղել Հարավային Կովկասից։ Գերմանական «Դոյչե Վելլե» պարբերականն, օրինակ, հատուկ ընդգծում է, որ Ռուսաստանին դուրս են մղել Թրամփն ու Էրդողանը։

«Ալեքսանդր I-ի և Նիկոլայ I-ի ժամանակներից եկող՝ Հարավային Կովկասում Ռուսաստանի բացառիկ ազդեցության ավարտ։ Ահա թե ինչ է նշանակում ԱՄՆ-ում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված շրջանակային համաձայնագիրը։ Բաքուն և Երևանը պայմանավորվածությունների հիմնական պարամետրերը համաձայնեցրել են առանց Մոսկվայի մասնակցության, փոխարենը՝ ամերիկյան վարչակազմի ակտիվ միջնորդությամբ և Թուրքիայի աջակցությամբ։ Դեռևս հինգ-յոթ տարի առաջ նման բան անհնար էր պատկերացնել», - գրել է գերմանական պարբերականը։

Իսկ որ Ռուսաստանն ու հատկապես Իրանը չափազանց կոշտ են արձագանքելու, որևէ մեկը կասկած չունի։ Ռուսաստանի ԱԳՆ-ն հատուկ հայտարարություն է տարածել և հիշեցրել, որ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման ներկա փուլը սկսվել է Ռուսաստանի անմիջական աջակցությամբ և կենտրոնական դերակատարմամբ, 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի ամենաբարձր մակարդակով եռակողմ հայտարարության ընդունմամբ։

Ռուսաստանից առայժմ զուսպ, բայց և սպառնալից են արձագանքում, սպառնալիքների լեզվով վերջին երկու օրերին խոսում էին նաև Իրանից, ընդհուպ հոգևոր առաջնորդի խորհրդական Ալի Ակբար Վելայաթին էր կոշտ զգուշացումներ արել Հայաստանին և Միացյալ Նահանգներին։

Թեպետ երեկ Իրանի արտգործնախարար Աբասարախչին հայտարարել է, թե միջանցքի թեման մի կողմ է դրվել և խոսքը վերաբերում է տարանցիկ ճանապարհին, որը կանցնի Հայաստանի տարածքով, այդ երկրի ինքնիշխանության և իրավասության ներքո։

Այդուհանդերձ, ըստ Իրանի ԱԳՆ-ի, ցանկացած օտարերկրյա ներկայություն տարածաշրջանում կարող է բացասաբար ազդել խաղաղության և կայունության վրա, իսկ ամերիկյան ընկերության ներկայությունը մտահոգիչ է։

Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Փեզեշքիանն էլ հայտարարել է, թե սա այն միջանցքը չէ, ինչ լրատվամիջոցներում չափազանցված է։ Ըստ Փեզեշքիանի՝ Իրանի պահանջները բավարարված են, միակ մտահոգիչ հանգամանքն այն է, որ այդ ճանապարհը պատրաստում են կառուցել հայկական և ամերիկյան ընկերությունները։

Համենայնդեպս, Փեզեշքիանը, որ առաջիկա շաբաթներին ժամանելու է Հայաստան, տեղեկացրել է, որ առաջիկայում Թեհրան է մեկնելու Հայաստանի փոխարտգործնախարարը, տեղում հենց Իրանին է հայտնելու հայկական կողմի դիտարկումները և փորձելու է հանգստացնել։
