Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը ցանկանում է անպատիժ մնալ Հարավային Ուկրաինայի, ինչպես նաև ամբողջ Լուգանսկի և Դոնեցկի գրավման համար, սակայն Ուկրաինան թույլ չի տա իր հողերը բաժանելու երկրորդ փորձ, հայտարարել է նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին երեկոյան տեսաուղերձում։
«Հիմա Պուտինը ցանկանում է ներում ստանալ մեր Խերսոնի մարզի հարավի, Զապորոժիեի, Լուգանսկի մարզի ամբողջ տարածքի, Դոնեցկի մարզի, Ղրիմի բռնազավթման համար», - ասել է պետության ղեկավարը։
Զելենսկին ընդգծել է, որ Ուկրաինան թույլ չի տա Ռուսաստանի կողմից ուկրաինական տարածքները բաժանելու երկրորդ փորձը։
«Մենք ամուր կանգնած ենք ուկրաինական հստակ դիրքորոշումների վրա։ Մենք պետք է պատերազմն ավարտենք արժանապատիվ խաղաղությամբ, որը հիմնված կլինի հստակ, հուսալի, անվտանգ ճարտարապետության վրա։ Մեր գործընկերները պատրաստ են մեզ օգնել այս հարցում», - ընդգծել է Զելենսկին:
Օգոստոսի 15-ին Պուտինը և Թրամփը բանակցություններ կանցկացնեն Ալյասկայում: Հիմնական թեման Ուկրաինայում խաղաղությունն է: Արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցները պնդում են, որ քննարկվող առաջարկները կարող են ներառել տարածքների փոխանակում և Կիևի կողմից ՆԱՏՕ-ին անդամակցելուց հրաժարվելը:
