Այսօր, օգոստոսի 9-ին, կրակոցներ են հնչել և դանակահարություն է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 20:50-ի սահմանում Վանաձոր բժշկական կենտրոն ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքով 1 հոգի և 1 հոգի էլ դանակահարված տեղափոխվել են իրենց մոտ։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզային քրեական վարչության աշխատողները՝ վարչության պետ Արսեն Ոսկանյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Խալաթյանի և ավագ տեսուչ Արամ Սուքիասյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Տեղում բժիշկները քրեական ոստիկաններին ու պարեկներին հայտնել են, որ վիրավորները գտնվում են վիրահատարանում և ի վիճակի չեն կատարվածի մասին բացատրություն տալու։ Մինչ Վանաձոր բժշկական կենտրոնի բժիշկները պայքարում էին վիրավորների կյանքի համար, քրեական ոստիկանները և Լոռու մարզի պարեկները օպերատիվ տեղեկություններով պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխվել Վանաձոր քաղաքի Մյասնիկյան փողոցից։ Քրեական ոստիկանները, պարեկներն ու հետո նրանց միացած համայնքային ոստիկանները դեպքի վայրում հայտնաբերել են արյան նման հետքեր, կրակված պարկուճներ։ Դեպքի մասին Լոռու մարզի քրեական ոստիկանությունից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից դեպքի վայր է ժամանել քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետի, վարչության պետի տեղակալի և օրվա պատասխանատու հերթապահ քննիչի գլխավորությամբ։ Տեղում աշխատում է նաև քննչական կոմիտեի փորձաքրեագետը։ Դեպքի փաստով Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որտեղ էլ պարզվում են դեպքի հանգամանքները և վիրավորների ինքնությունը, և ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ հանցագործության գործիք հրազենը և դանակը հայտնաբերելու, ինչպես նաև մասնակից անձանց ինքնությունները ճշտելու ուղղությամբ։ Գագիկ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ հրազենային վնասվածք ստացածը Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 26-ամյա Մովսես Կ.-ն է, իսկ դանակահարվածը՝ Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ, 58-ամյա, ծնված Կարեն Հ.-ն։ Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էին քրեական, համայնքային ոստիկանները և պարեկները, ևս մեկ հոգի՝ ոտքի մասում հրազենային վնասվածքով, տեղափոխվել է Վանաձոր բժշկական կենտրոն։Կան կասկածներ, որ նա նույնպես նշված դեպքի վայրում է հրազենային վնասվածք ստացել։
