ԱՄՆ-ում թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի պարտադրանքով ստորագրված բոլոր թղթերն առանց բացառության ուղղված են Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի շահերի ու պահանջների բավարարմանը:  Այս մասին թելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրել է  թյուրքագետ Վարուժան Գեղամյանը:

«Կարելի է իհարկե լսել նիկոլական քարոզչությունը, որը մեզ բոլորիս 7 տարի է ստում է ու «հաղթումենք» է անում, սակայն եթե դա մի կողմ դնենք, ապա պատկերը շատ հստակ է: Բավական է ասել, որ եթե սա լիներ իրոք փոխշահավետ գործարք, ապա կհայտարարվեր, օրինակ, որ Ադրբեջանն ու Թուրքիան հանում են Հայաստանի վրա դրված բլոկադան, ազատում են ՀՀ գրաված տարածքները, վերադարձնում են գերիներին և էլի բազմաթիվ հարցեր: Սակայն նման բան չկա: Չի էլ լինելու: Այդ դեպքում ինչի համար էր երեկվա մեծ շոուն: Պատասխանը շատ պարզ է: Եթե նայեք, ապա կտեսնեք, որ միակ բանը, որի որոշ մեխանիզմներ նկարագրված են քիչ թե շատ հստակ, դա «միջանցքն» է:

Մնացածը` սիրուն ու ոչինչ չպարտադրող խոսքեր էին` կենացներ: Այս ամենը նրա համար էր, որ Հայաստանին պարտադրված, ՀՀ դե-ֆակտո իշխանության համաձայնած ու Սյունիքի փաստացի սողացող նվաճում ենթադրող «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» դառնա իրականության, բայց մի քիչ ավելի նուրբ ու ոչ այդքան վախենալու տեսքով, բայց էությամբ` նույնը: Սկզբից ամերիկյան, հետո արդեն ուղիղ թուրքական միջնորդությամբ աշխատող ճանապարհը դառնալու է Մեղրին ու ողջ Սյունիքը վերցնելու ամենահարմար միջոցը: Հիմա սկսվելու է Հայաստանը մի քանի երկրների բախման կետի վերածելու ավելի մեծ փուլը: Այսուհետ մենք կորցնում ենք այս հարցում նաև Իրանի անվերապահ աջակցությունը և ուժեղացնում Թուրքիայի դիրքերը:

Հայաստանում շուտով շատ տեսանելի կլինի Թուրքիայի ազդեցությունը նաև ամենօրյա կյանքում: Կարծում եմ` այն տեսքով, որ ոչ մեկիդ դուր չի գա: Էս ամենից շահում է նաև ևս մեկ կողմ. Հայաստանը ղեկավարող խմբավորումը: Շատ սիրուն փաթեթավորմամբ հերթական զիջումը կապահովի զանգվածային անտարբերության կամ նույնիսկ աջակցության որոշակի տոկոս ու կերաշխավորի հաղթանակ ընտրություններում: Երեք օրից կհրապարակվի նաև Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունների նախաստորագրված տեքստը: Կարծում եմ` հատուկ չեն միաժամանակ հրապարակում, որ հանրային բողոքը ավելի քիչ լինի:

Առանձնապես գաղտնի բան չկա` «անկլավներ» և նոր զիջումներ: Այս իրավիճակում միակ հարցը, որ ես ունեմ, ուղղված է Հայաստանի իրական վերնախավերին` ազգային դաշտի քաղգործիչներից մինչև բլոգերներ: Դուք ու մենք ունենք շատ քիչ ժամանակ Հայաստան պետությունը շատ գեղեցիկ փաթեթավորված կործանումից փրկելու համար: Ի՞նչ ենք անելու: Որո՞նք են քաղաքական քայլերը: Ու խնդրում եմ, որ վերլուծություններ չանեք: Վերլուծաբան չեք, գործիչ եք: Վերլուծություն ես ու գործընկերներս կարողանում ենք անել, շատ դեպքերում` ավելի լավ»,-գրել է Գեղամյանը։
