Սպիտակ տանը ավարտվել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հանդիպումը:
Հանդիպմանը, ի թիվս այլ թեմաների, քննարկվել են Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական գործընկերության խորացման, Հայաստանի ներկայացրած «Խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագծի և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան խաղաղության գործըթացի վերաբերյալ հարցեր: Հանդիպման արդյունքներով Հայաստանի և ԱՄՆ-ի միջև տեղի է ունեցել փաստաթղթերի ստորագրում:
Նշենք, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփի երկրորդ պաշտոնավարումից ի վեր սա Փաշինյան-Թրամփ առաջին պաշտոնական հանդիպումն է: 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 8-ին Փարիզի Աստվածամոր տաճարի վերաբացման արարողությանը ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը զրույց էր ունեցել ԱՄՆ ընտրված նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ:
Դրան հաջորդել էր 2025 թվականի փետրվարի 7-ին Վաշինգտոնում՝ Սպիտակ տանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների փոխնախագահ Ջեյմս Դեյվիդ Վենսի հանդիպումը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել էին Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ երկկողմ հարաբերություններին, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային օրակարգին վերաբերող հարցեր։
Հիշեցնենք՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հանդիպում էր ունեցել ԱՄՆ նախագահի հատուկ բանագնաց Սթիվ Ուիթքոֆի հետ: Զրուցակիցները քննարկել էին Հայաստան-ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական հարաբերությունների զարգացմանը և հետագա քայլերին վերաբերող հարցեր: Մտքեր էին փոխանակվել նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի, ԱՄՆ և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների եռակողմ հանդիպումների շուրջ: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում են արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը, անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը, բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Մխիթար Հայրապետյանը:
