Oգոստոսի 8-ին Վաշինգտոնում տեղի կունենա ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի եռակողմ հանդիպում: Ըստ արտահոսքերի՝ նախատեսվում է մի շարք փաստաթղթերի ստորագրում:
Նախօրեին տարածվել էր տեղեկություն այն մասին, որ Թրամփի, Փաշինյանի և Ալիևի հանդիպմանն ուշադրության կենտրոնում է լինելու «Միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման Թրամփի երթուղի» կամ TRIPP հապավմամբ տարանցիկ և զարգացման նոր ծրագիրը: Նշվել է, որ ԱՄՆ-ն զորքեր չի տեղակայի երթուղու երկայնքով։ Դրա փոխարեն, ԱՄՆ-ի ներգրավվածությունը կլինի զուտ առևտրային, ընդ որում՝ ԱՄՆ-ն կստանձնի պատասխանատվություն՝ ապահովելու երթուղու «անվտանգ գործունեությունը բոլոր կողմերի համար»՝ «բարձրակարգ օպերատորների» հետ համաձայնագրերի միջոցով։

«ԱՄՆ-ն բարի կամքի մի քանի դրսևորումներ կանի Բաքվի նկատմամբ, կվերացնի պաշտպանական համագործակցության սահմանափակումները՝ չեղարկելով Ադրբեջանին ուղղակի օգնություն ցուցաբերելու արգելքը»,-գրում է Politico-ն։
Ըստ պարբերականի՝ համաձայնագիրը հիասթափեցնի բազմաթիվ հայերի, քանի որ դրանում, ակնհայտորեն, բացակայում են պատմականորեն հայկական անկլավից (նկատի ունի Արցախը) մարդկանց տեղահանման, նաև ռազմագերիների հարցերին անդրադառնալու կոնկրետ դրույթներ։
«ՌԴ-ի դիրքերը տարածաշրջանում վերջին տարիներին թուլացել են, ինչը հնարավորություն է ստեղծել ԱՄՆ-ի համար՝ ստանձնելու խաղաղարարի դեր։ Թրամփը և նրա թիմը տեսան հնարավորություն։ Եվ նաև նրանք բացեցին դուռը, իսկ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը տենչում էին արտաքին ներգրավվածություն և ՌԴ-ն բացառող առաջնորդություն: Թրամփն 2 երկրին ավելի է մոտեցրել խաղաղությանը, քան որևէ այլ գործիչ», - գրում է FT-ը:
«Գործընթացը, ինչպես Թրամփի խաղաղարարության շատ այլ ցուցադրական ելույթներ, կարող է ավելի շատ խորհրդանշական լինել, քան բովանդակալից», - գրում է WP-ն:
«Միջազգային խաղաղության և բարգավաճման Թրամփի երթուղին», որը Հայաստանի տարածքով կապելու է Ադրբեջանը Նախիջանին, ինչպես սպասվում է, ի վերջո կներառի երկաթուղի, նավթի և գազի խողովակաշարեր, ինչպես նաև օպտիկամանրաթելային մալուխային գծեր, և թույլ կտա ապրանքների և մարդկանց տեղաշարժը. այս մասին գրում է բրիտանական The Guardian պարբերականը:
