Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ղեկավարը մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի, ԱՄՆ-ի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների վաղվա հանդիպումը

ԱՄՆ կատարելիք իր ծրագրված այցի և ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարող է հուշագիր ստորագրել այսպես կոչված Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի վերաբերյալ, սակայն դա չի համապատասխանում Հայաստանի շահերին, РИА Новости-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ղեկավար Արա Աբրահամյանը։
«Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, դատելով ստացված տեղեկություններից, խոսքը (Զանգեզուրի - խմբ.) միջանցքի (Նախիջևանի և մնացած Ադրբեջանի միջև - խմբ.) մասին է: Ալիևն, ըստ երևույթին, պայմանավորվել է Թրամփի հետ՝ բարի գործ է արել ամերիկացիների համար՝ այդ միջանցքը հանձնել ԱՄՆ վերահսկողությանը։ Հակառակ դեպքում, ինչո՞ւ այնտեղ հրավիրել Փաշինյանին։ Փաշինյանը տարիներ շարունակ փորձել է հանդիպել Թրամփի հետ, բայց երբեք չի հաջողվել», - հայտարարել է Արա Աբրահամյանը։
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ մամուլում հրապարակումներ են եղել, որ ըստ ԱՄՆ ծրագրի՝ այս միջանցքը կլինի ամերիկյան զինվորականների կամ մասնավոր ռազմական ընկերությունների վերահսկողության տակ։
Աբրահամյանի գնատամամբ՝ նման պայմանավորվածությունները չեն համապատասխանում Հայաստանի շահերին, մինչդեռ այդ ռազմավարական կարևոր մայրուղին ինքնուրույն կամ Ռուսաստանի հետ համատեղ կառավարելու դեպքում կշահեր։
«Ի՞նչ շահ ունի այսօր Հայաստանը։ Այսօր Հայաստանը պետք է միջոցներ ստանա բազմաթիվ սոցիալական և տնտեսական խնդիրներ լուծելու համար։ Ինչո՞ւ չկառավարել ճանապարհն ինքնուրույն։ Դա կլիներ իրական, կարգին գումար։ Կամ Ռուսաստանի հետ համատեղ։ Բայց ոչ, անպայման պետք է հրավիրել ամերիկացիներին»,- նշել է Աբրահամյանը։
Նա ենթադրում է, որ Փաշինյանն, ըստ ամենայնի, այդ քայլին դիմել է Ադրբեջանից, Թուրքիայից կամ Միացյալ Նահանգներից որոշակի անձնական երաշխիքներ ստանալուց հետո։ «Նա ամբողջովին կատարում է այն, ինչ իրեն թելադրում են Թուրքիան և Բաքուն։ Եվ նա գործում է նրանց շահերից ելնելով։ Հնարավոր է՝ նա որոշակի երաշխիքներ է ստացել ամերիկացիներից, բայց մենք գիտենք, թե իրականում նրանք ինչպես են կատարում իրենց երաշխիքները»,- նշել է նա։
