ՄՈՍԿՎԱ, օգոստոսի 7 – ՌԻԱ Նովոստի։ Հարավային Կովկասում խաղաղության երաշխավորը միշտ եղել է Ռուսաստանը, իսկ ԱՄՆ-ին այս տարածաշրջանում հետաքրքրում են միայն Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի դեմ հակամարտության հնարավորությունները, ՌԻԱ Նովոստի-ին հայտարարել է «Իմ երկիր, իմ Հայաստան» շարժման առաջնորդ, «Անմահ գունդ» միջազգային շարժման համակարգող Մհեր Ավետիսյանը։
Ավելի վաղ ՀՀ կառավարության մամուլի ծառայությունը տեղեկացրել էր, որ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Վաշինգտոնում երկկողմ հանդիպում կունենա ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ, ինչպես նաև՝ եռակողմ հանդիպում՝ ԱՄՆ և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների մասնակցությամբ, «որն ուղղված է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությանը, բարօրությանը և տնտեսական համագործակցությանը նպաստելուն»։ Մամուլի հաղորդագրությունների համաձայն՝ հանդիպման արդյունքում նախատեսվում է հուշագրի ստորագրում՝ Երևանի և Բաքվի միջև խաղաղության համաձայնագիր կնքելու մտադրության մասին։
«Խաղաղությունը մեր տարածաշրջան բերել են ռուսները։ Մինչ ռուսների Կովկաս գալը այստեղ մշտապես պատերազմներ էին։ Ես չեմ հավատում, որ առանց Ռուսաստանի տարածաշրջանում հնարավոր է խաղաղություն, հատկապես այսօրվա աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակում, երբ Արևմուտքը ցանկանում է նոր ճակատներ բացել Ռուսաստանի դեմ՝ թե՛ Կովկասում, թե՛ Մոլդովայում, թե՛ Բալթյան երկրներում։ Այս առումով ես չեմ հավատում, որ ԱՄՆ-ում՝ անկախ նրանից՝ նախագահը Թրամփն է, Բայդենը կամ որևէ այլ մեկը, որևէ մեկի նպատակը խաղաղություն հաստատելն է Կովկասում», – ասել է Ավետիսյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ ԱՄՆ-ը Հարավային Կովկասում հետապնդում է սեփական աշխարհաքաղաքական շահերը՝ փորձելով վերահսկել կարևոր տրանսպորտային ուղիները և խնդիրներ ստեղծել Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի համար։ «Հենվելով այս պարզ քաղաքական և պատմական տրամաբանության վրա՝ ես կարծում եմ, որ Հայաստանը չպետք է խաղաղության բանաձևեր փնտրի Արևմուտքում, ընդհակառակը՝ չպետք է թույլ տա Արևմուտքին խառնվել մեր տարածաշրջանային խնդիրներին», – նշել է նա։
Ավետիսյանը հիշեցրել է, որ Ռուսաստանը մշտապես պնդել է, որ տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության և անվտանգության խնդիրները պետք է լուծվեն «3+3» ձևաչափով, այսինքն՝ տարածաշրջանի դերակատարների՝ Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի, Վրաստանի, Ռուսաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Իրանի մասնակցությամբ։
«Նույնիսկ եթե այսօր Ադրբեջանը դեմ չէ, որ տարածաշրջան մուտք գործեն նոր արտաքին ուժեր կամ Արևմուտքը միջամտի մեր խնդիրների կարգավորմանը, Հայաստանը պետք է դրան դեմ լինի։ Հայաստանը չպետք է որևէ մեկին Արևմուտքից թույլ տա մտնել մեր խնդիրների մեջ և փորձել մեր տարածաշրջանային հակասությունները վերածել գործոնի, որը սպասարկում է Արևմուտքի շահերը Ռուսաստանի և Իրանի դեմ», – ընդգծել է նա։
