Աշխարհահռչակ երգչուհի Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսի համերգից հետո գործող իշխանությունները հիմա էլ լծվել են իրենց արած ծախսերը արդարացնելու գործին՝ փորձում են համոզել, թե Լոպեսի համերգի համար տրամադրված 6 միլիոն դոլարն արդարացված է։ Այդուհանդերձ, նույնիսկ պարզ հաշվարկները վկայում են, որ գումարները բացարձակ փոշիացվել են, իսկ դրա տված տնտեսական էֆեկտն ամենևին էլ լուրջ լինել չի կարող։ Օրինակ՝ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Գևորգ Պապոյանը փորձում է համոզել, թե զբոսաշրջային հոսքի շնորհիվ Հայաստան մեծ քանակությամբ գումար է մտել, իսկ Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջային գրավչությունն աճել է։

Ջենիֆեր Լոպեսը համերգներ տալիս էր միջազգային տուռնեի շրջանակներում, համերգ է տվել նաև Ղազախստանում, այս օրերին էլ՝ Ստամբուլում։ Եթե Ստամբուլի պարագայում հաշվարկ անելն անշնորհակալ գործ է, քանի որ այդ քաղաքում բազմաթիվ համաշխարհային աստղեր մշտապես ելույթներ են ունեցել, ապա Ղազախստանում ևս նման մակարդակի համաշխարհային աստղ առաջին անգամ էին ընդունում։ Հայաստանում տոմսերի արժեքը տատանվում էր 60-ից 460 դոլարի սահմաններում, Ղազախստանում՝ 70-ից 350 դոլար։ Երևանում համերգին մասնակցել է 30 հազար, Ղազախստանում՝ 25 հազար մարդ։ Ընդ որում, եթե Հայաստանում պետության կողմից հատկացվել էր 6 միլիոն դոլար, ապա Ղազախստանում պետության կողմից հատկացվել է 0 ցենտ։

Եվ սա ընդամենը ապացուցում է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, իբր մեծ համերգ կազմակերպելու նպատակով, բյուջեից հսկայական գումարներ են վատնել։ Ընդ որում, հաշվի առնելով, թե իրականում որքան է կազմել Լոպեսի հոնորարը, ինչպես նաև կազմակերպչական ծախսերն ու սննդի վրա թափած փողը, տոմսերի վաճառքից ստացված եկամուտները՝ կարելի է անշեղորեն ասել, որ հատկացված գումարների մի որոշ հատվածը հանգրվանել է որոշ պետական պաշտոնյաների և նրանց հետ համագործակցող կազմակերպությունների գրպանը։
