Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության Գերագույն առաջնորդ այաթոլլահ Ալի Խամենեիի՝ «Աշուրա» միությունում պատասխանատու ներկայացուցիչ Հոջաթ-ուլ-Իսլամ Աբդուրահիմ Սարաին լուրջ մտահոգություն է հայտնել Ադրբեջանում Իսրայելի ակտիվ ներկայության և ազդեցության վերաբերյալ: Նրա խոսքով, այդ ներկայությունը իրական սպառնալիք է ներկայացնում Իրանի անվտանգության և անկախության համար, գրում է Tasnim գործակալությունը:
Իրանի Արևելյան Ադրբեջան նահանգում 12-օրյա պատերազմում զոհվածների հիշատակին նվիրված միջոցառման ժամանակ ելույթ ունենալով՝ Սարաին ընդգծել է, որ «սիոնիստական ռեժիմը մեծ ազդեցություն ունի Ադրբեջանում»։ Նա ուշադրություն է հրավիրել Խուդաֆերինի շրջանի իրանական Աշագի գյուղի դիմաց գտնվող մեծ օդանավակայանի վրա, որը գտնվում է Իրանի սահմանից ընդամենը 17 կիլոմետր հեռավորության վրա։
«Այս օդանավակայանից ամեն օր չվերթներ են իրականացվում դեպի Թել Ավիվ և հակառակ ուղղությամբ, ինչը վկայում է Ադրբեջանի և սիոնիստական ռեժիմի միջև համակարգման բարձր մակարդակի մասին», - ասել է նա։
Սարաին նման բացահայտ ներկայությունը բնութագրել է որպես «սիոնիստական ռեժիմի՝ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ լիակատար վերահսկողության ապացույց»։
Նա նաև զգուշացրել է հետևանքների մասին. «Նման ներկայությունը ոչ միայն խաթարում է կայունությունն ու անվտանգությունը Ադրբեջանում, այլև սպառնալիք է ստեղծում ամբողջ տարածաշրջանի, առաջին հերթին՝ Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության համար»։
Սարաիի խոսքով՝ նման գործողությունները նպատակ ունեն անկայունացնել իսլամական աշխարհը և թուլացնել տարածաշրջանի ինքնիշխան պետությունները։
