Սամվել Կարապետյանի թիմի առանցքային առաջարկը խուճապի է մատնել իշխանություններին

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, խուճապի մեջ են։ Արդեն երկու օր շարունակ իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան, տարբեր տրամաչափի գործիչները, մերձիշխանական «էքսպերտները» իսկական հարձակում են սկսել Սամվել Կարապետյանի ու նրա թիմի դեմ՝ հնարավոր ու անհնարին բոլոր մեղքերի մեջ մեղադրելով։
Պատճառը՝ իշխանականների խուճապն է։
Երբ հուլիսի սկզբին կալանավորված գործարար, բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց որակապես նոր քաղաքական ուժ ստեղծելու, Փաշինյանի իշխանազրկմանը հասնելու մասին, կանխատեսել էինք, որ այդ ուժը դառնալու է գործող իշխանության թիվ մեկ թիրախը՝ հաշվի առնելով թե՛ Սամվել Կարապետյանի բարձր հեղինակությունը, թե՛ նախկինների հետ կապված չլինելը, ունեցած ռեսուրսները, հնարավորությունները։ Ավելին՝ Կարապետյանի թիմը բավական լուրջ ծրագիր է ներկայացնում, ինչն էլ դարձել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի անքնության պատճառը։
«Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբի փոխնախագահ, բարերարի եղբորորդի Նարեկ Կարապետյանը նախօրեին տեսաուղերձ է հրապարակել՝ նշելով, որ իրենց քաղաքական թիմն առաջարկելու է երկրին նոր զարգացման ուղի։ «Բացի Երևանից, շրջանների մեծ մասում ունենք բնակչության անկում, նաև չունենք երկարաժամկետ զարգացումն ապահովող հիմնարկներ, ինստիտուտներ։ Հայաստանի արդյունաբերականացումն այլընտրանք չունի։ Մեր երկրի գլխավոր խնդիրն աշխատանքն է։ Մեր քաղաքական թիմն առաջարկելու է երկրին նոր զարգացման ուղի. ընտրվում է ռեգիոնը, և այդ ռեգիոնի հիմքի վրա ստեղծվում է արդյունաբերական զարգացման ծրագիր։ Սկսելու ենք Վանաձորից», – ասել է Կարապետյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ վերջին 30 տարվա ընթացքում Վանաձորում ընդամենը երեք խոշոր գործարան է կառուցվել։ «Սովետական միության փլուզումից հետո մեր արդյունաբերական պոտենցիալը ոչնչացվել է, իսկ վերջին տարիներին մենք ոչ թե փորձել ենք դա վերականգնել, այլ ինչ-որ փոքր ծառայություններ մատուցող ընկերություններով ապահովել մարդկանց զբաղվածությունը։ Վանաձորի բնակչության թիվը չի կարող չնվազել, եթե քաղաքում գործարաններ չկան։ Մարզերում տնտեսությունն ակտիվացնելու ու բնակչության թիվն ավելացնելու միակ տարբերակը գործարաններ կառուցելն է», – ասել է Նարեկ Կարապետյանը։
Այ հենց սա է, որ չեն կարողանում մարսել Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն ու անվտանգությունը ոչնչացրած «հեղափոխականները», որոնց մի հրահանգով «քսի» են տվել Կարապետյանի ու նրա թիմակիցների դեմ։ Այդուհանդերձ, հանրության մեծամասնությունը բավական ադեկվատ և հույսով է ընդունել Նարեկ Կարապետյանի խոսքը, իսկ իշխանականներն օրեցօր ավելի ու ավելի են գազազելու՝ հասկանալով, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանն անգամ բանտից է կարողանում հասնել շարքային մարդկանց սրտին ու մտքին։
