Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մեկնել է ԱՄՆ

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը հաստատեց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու Ալիևը կհանդիպեն Վաշինգտոնում։ Ավելին, Փաշինյանն արդեն իսկ իր շարասյունով ուղևորվել է «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայան, որտեղից մեկնել է Միացյալ Նահանգներ։ Պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ օգոստոսի 7–8-ին վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այց կկատարի ԱՄՆ։ «Վաշինգտոնում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը երկկողմ հանդիպում կունենա Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների նախագահ Դոնալդ Ջ. Թրամփի հետ՝ Հայաստան–ԱՄՆ ռազմավարական գործընկերությունը խորացնելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև եռակողմ հանդիպում՝ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Ջ. Թրամփի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ՝ միտված տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության, բարօրության և տնտեսական համագործակցության առաջմղմանը»,–ասված է կառավարության տարածած պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ։
Որ Փաշինյանը մեկնելու է Միացյալ Նահանգներ, հայտնի է դարձել մի քանի օր առաջ։ «Թուրան» գործակալության լրագրողը, վկայակոչելով Պետդեպում իր աղբյուրներին, հայտնել էր ուրբաթ օրը կայանալիք հանդիպման մասին։ Մեկ այլ առաջատար լրատվամիջոց՝ Middle East Eye-ն էլ նախօրեին հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը Վաշինգտոնում կստորագրեն փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր՝ պարտավորվելով ձգտել խաղաղության։
Անկարայում աշխատող լրագրողի աղբյուրները հավելել էին, որ երկու երկրների ղեկավարները կստորագրեն ոչ թե խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագիծը, այլ այսպես կոչված «մտադրությունների մասին թուղթ», որը ԱՄՆ նախագահ Թրամփը համարում է դիվանագիտական ձեռքբերում, ինչին նա ձգտում էր բավականին երկար ժամանակ։
Reuters գործակալությունը հայտնում է, որ հանդիպման ժամանակ հնարավոր է, որ հայտարարվի խաղաղության համաձայնագրի շրջանակային ձևաչափի մասին։ Փաստացի, ինչպես նշում էին վերլուծաբանները, խաղաղության համաձայնագիր որպես այդպիսին չի կնքվի, Ադրբեջանը կպահպանի իր դեմքը, Միացյալ Նահանգները կհայտարարի դիվանագիտական ձեռքբերումների մասին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հերթական անգամ կխաղա Արևմուտքի և Բաքվի խաղը՝ որևէ պրակտիկ օգուտ դրանից չստանալով։
Փաշինյանը բացառապես այս հանդիպումն օգտագործելու է իր քարոզչական նպատակներով՝ խորհրդարանական առաջիկա ընտրություններին օգտագործելու համար, բայց որևէ այլ բան Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չի շահել և ի սկզբանե չէր կարող շահել, քանի դեռ իշխանության ղեկին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է։
