Աշոտ  Խուրշուդյանը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր  էջում  գրում է.

Այսօր ցերեկը մի տեղ կարդացի, որ էլ. էներգիայի սակագինը կապված է դոլար-դրամ փոխարժեքի հետ։ Տեսնես, երբ փոխարժեքը կտրուկ իջնում էր 2006, 2007 թվականներին, սակագինն ինչու՞ չիջեցրին։ Հիմա էլ փոխարժեքը մոտ է 2005 թվականի փոխարժեքին։ Դե ետ բերեք հին սակագինը։

Ինչ վերաբերում է վարեկրը մարելուն, որոնք արտարժույթով են։ Ուրեմն այդ վարկերով կատարվել է ներդրումներ, ներդրվածի ահռելի մասը հիմնական միջոց է, ինչը ամորտիզացիայով արդեն սակագնի մեջ է։ Ու այս կրկնահաշվարկը աբսուրդ է՝ համ ակտիվների մասով են սակագնի մեջ ներառում, համ՝ պարտավորությունների։ Իսկ եթե վարկի մի մասը ընթացիկ ծախսերով անարդյունավետ դուրս են գրել, ապա առաջին պատասխանատուն կառավարությունն է՝ հանձինս էներգետիկայի նախարարության, ով միջնորդել է այդ վարկերի համար ու երիշխիք տվել։ Տեր կանգնեիք։

Իսկ այդ թանկարժեք ծախսերը որով բնակչությանը բորբոքում են, ընդամենը հին հաշվապահի հնարք է. երբ հաշվապահը մի ստից սխալ է հատուկ անում, որ հարկայինը դրանով ժամերով զբաղվի ու չնկատի հիմնական խախտումները։ Թանկարժեք ավտոները կոպեկներ են սակագնի մեջ, ու հիմա բարեհոգաբար դրանք կհանեն ու կբավարարեն ժողովրդական ցասումը։ Սա չի նշանակում, որ այդ շքեղ ծախսերը չեն արվի, ուղղակի կնվազի շահույթը, որն էլ ռուսական պետական փողերը /իմա շահույթը/ ուտելու սխեման է ...
