Մինչև 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունը ընդդիմադիր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա թիմակիցները քննադատում էին նախկին իշխանություններին, նրանց արատավոր բարքերը, հասարակ քաղաքացիների հետ վատ վերաբերվելու հանգամանքը։ Փաշինյանն արդեն յոթ տարի իշխանության է, իսկ նրա թիմակիցները ոչ միայն գերազանցել են նախկիններին իրենց լպիրշությամբ, այլև հաճախ նույնիսկ գերազանցում են։ Պարբերաբար, քպական պատգամավորներն ու պաշտոնյաները հայտնվում են տարբեր քրեական միջադեպերի կենտրոնում, քաշքշուկներ, կռիվներ սադրում ոչ միայն հասարակ քաղաքացիների, նույնիսկ ոստիկանների հետ։
«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի որդուն նախօրեին բերման են ենթարկել Քննչական կոմիտե։ Չի բացառվում, որ կալանավորելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնեն։ Բանն այն է, որ պատգամավորն ու իր որդին ծեծի են ենթարկել մի քաղաքացու, ով Պարոնյան փողոցում պահանջել է հեռացնել սխալ կայանված պատգամավորի մեքենան։ Հայր ու որդի Բագրատյանները հարձակվել են քաղաքացու վրա, ծեծի ենթարկել, ապա և քաշքշել ժամանած պարեկային ոստիկաններին։ Այժմ էլ Բագրատյանի որդին ձերբակալված է։
Ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, Քննչական կոմիտեն մտադիր է կալանավորելու միջնորդություն ներկայացնել, բայց պատգամավոր հայրիկը ամեն ինչ կանի, որպեսզի լպիրշացած որդին մեկ օր չանցկացնի կալանավայրում։ Իսկ Փաշինյանը շարունակելու է տանել բոլորի գլուխը` իբր Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած փոփոխություններով։ Հայաստանում փոփոխություններ, իհարկե, եղել են, բայց բացառապես բացասական ուղղությամբ։ Իսկ Փաշինյանի Բագրատյաններն ու մյուս պատգամավորները ոչնչով չեն տարբերվում նախկին իշխանության շմայսներից, թոխմախներից և այլ քրեական դեմքերից, նույնիսկ հաճախ գերազանցում են։
