Amio Era. մասնակիցները պատրաստվում են հաղթական հարցազրույցին

Amio Era կրթական ծրագրի 315 երիտասարդ մասնակիցներ վստահ քայլերով պատրաստվում են իրենց ամենակարևոր փուլին՝ անհատական հարցազրույցին։ 

Ամիօ Բանկի նախաձեռնությամբ և «Դասավանդիր Հայաստան» կազմակերպության համագործակցությամբ իրականացվող ծրագրի երկրորդ փուլի շրջանակում անցկացվել է հատուկ վեբինար, որի նպատակն էր մասնակիցներին նախապատրաստել այս վճռորոշ փուլին՝ նպաստելով նրանց առավել արդյունավետ, ինքնավստահ և նպատակային ներկայացմանը։

Վեբինարի ընթացքում մասնակիցները ծանոթացան հարցազրույցին ճիշտ ներկայանալու կարևոր սկզբունքներին, այդ թվում՝

  • ինչպես ձևավորել վստահության մթնոլորտ,
  • ինչպես լինել ազնիվ, բաց և դրական,
  • ինչպես պահպանել աչքի կոնտակտ,
  • ինչպես պատասխանել հարցերին հստակ, առանց միաշնորհ «այո» կամ «ոչ» պատասխանների, ներկայացնելով կոնկրետ օրինակներ:

Բացի այդ, ներկայացվեցին անհատական հարցազրույցի կազմակերպման մանրամասները՝ ներառյալ տեխնիկական ուղեցույցներ, հարթակի օգտագործման կանոններ և հարցազրույցի ճիշտ կառուցման ձևաչափը։

Հարցազրույցի փուլից հետո, մոտ երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում, կիրականացվի հարցազրույցների մանրամասն վերլուծություն։ Այնուհետև բոլոր մասնակիցները կստանան անհատական էլեկտրոնային պատասխաններ՝ իրենց արդյունքների վերաբերյալ։ Հարցազրույցը հաջողությամբ անցած մասնակիցները կընդգրկվեն ծրագրի երրորդ և եզրափակիչ փուլում՝ բիզնես դերախաղում, որի արդյունքներով կձևավորվի «Amio Era» ծրագրի 50 հաղթող մասնակիցների թիմը։

Amio Era-ն բացառիկ հնարավորություն է երիտասարդների համար՝ բացահայտելու իրենց առաջնորդական ներուժը, զարգացնելու մասնագիտական հմտությունները և դառնալու վաղվա բիզնես առաջատարներ։
