Հայ-ամերիկյան նոր զորավարժություն. դեմարշ ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեմ

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը կրկին հայտարարել է, թե միջազգային խաղաղապահ առաքելություններում մասնակցության նախապատրաստման շրջանակում օգոստոսի 12-ից 20-ը Հայաստանում կանցկացվի «Արծիվ գործընկեր-2025» հայ-ամերիկյան համատեղ զորավարժությունը։ Զորավարժությանը ներգրավված են լինելու Հայաստանի զինված ուժերի խաղաղապահ բրիգադի, Եվրոպայում և Աֆրիկայում ԱՄՆ ցամաքային զորքերի և Կանզասի ազգային գվարդիայի զինծառայողները։
«Արծիվ գործընկեր» զորավարժությունը առաջինը չէ, Միացյալ Նահանգներն անցած տարի էլ իրականացրել է այդ զորավարժությունը Հայաստանում։
Այն ժամանակ լուրջ աղմուկ բարձրացավ, Մոսկվայից և ՀԱՊԿ գործընկերներից լուրջ դժգոհություններ հայտնեցին զորավարժության անցկացման վերաբերյալ, նշելով, որ Հայաստանը, որն անվտանգային մի համակարգի անդամ է, չպետք է մեկ այլ թշնամական համակարգի անդամների, առավել ևս, Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ զորավարժություններ անցկացնի։ Զարմանալիորեն, այս անգամ Մոսկվայից դեռևս քննադատական խոսք չի հնչել, թեպետ, վստահաբար, հենց այդպես էլ լինելու է։ Ռուսական կողմը, որը Ուկրաինայում պատերազմ է մղում, իսկ ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ պետությունները ակտիվորեն աջակցում են Ուկրաինային, խանդով է վերաբերվում հետխորհրդային տարածքի երկրների և Արևմուտքի, հատկապես ռազմական համագործակցությանը, առավել ևս իր ռազմավարական գործընկեր Հայաստանի պարագայում։
Ի վերջո, Հայաստանի առջև հարց է դրվելու, թե որ ռազմաքաղաքական միավորին է ցանկանում անդամակցել։ Հիշեցնենք, շաբաթներ առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել էր, որ մեծ հավանականությամբ Հայաստանը ոչ թե կվերականգնի հարաբերությունները ՀԱՊԿ-ի հետ և և կրկին լիիրավ անդամություն կստանձնի, այլ կլքի ռազմաքաղաքական այդ կառույցը։
ՀԱՊԿ-ն լքելու դեպքում Հայաստանին խնդիրներ են սպասում նաև ԵԱՏՄ-ի և ԱՊՀ-ի գծով, իսկ ռուսական կողմից այդ զգուշացումներն արվել են առանց դիվանագիտական զսպվածության, ուստի և հերթական զորավարժությունը նոր մեխ է խփելու հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների դագաղին։
