Ուկրաինան և Ռուսաստանը Ստամբուլում կայացած բանակցությունների երրորդ փուլից հետո պայմանավորվել են 1200 գերիների փոխանակման շուրջ։ Այն մարդկանց ցուցակների վրա, որոնց կարող են փոխանակել, աշխատանք է տարվում, իր Telegram-յան ալիքում հայտնել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին, հաղորդում է РБК-Украина-ն։

Զելենսկին հավելել է, որ Ուկրաինան նաև աշխատում է քաղաքացիական անձանց վերադարձն ապաշրջափակելու ուղղությամբ, ճշտվում են յուրաքանչյուր ազգանվան վերաբերյալ տվյալները։
